Hello Team,
in Nov 2022 I received a call to collect Free Holiday Vouchers in Oakwood residency Whitefield Bangalore and they took my credit card in the name of No Cost EMI check and did the transaction for 2.5 Lakh. parallelly they took signature from my wife in papers and made that as agreement. the very next day we opposed them after we realized they have SCAMMED us. All of their employee Mislead us with FAKE promises....

Regarding The Pacific Holiday World Membership

I have taken a membership for 3 years by paying 50K. I had mentioned at the time of taking the membership that we are a family of 4. (2 Adults and 2 children (aged above 6)) and I was suggested to take a package of Studio room where 3 adults can stay and for the 4th person we can take a extra bed which will cost 1000+GST. Children above the age of 6 are considered as adults as per their policy.
Now when I am planning to book a vacation I got to know that the studio room is only for max of 3 adults and for the 4th person I need to book a separate room as per the hotel tariff.
This is totally different then what I was told when taking the membership. I was told that 3 adults can stay in the studio room and for the 4th person I can take a extra bed which will cost 1000+GST
The sales person and the staff whatever they promise is utter nonsense and is very far away from reality.
Imagine going on a vacation and having to book a separate room for kids who are minors (one on my son is 7 years).
Worst experience and I would not recommend anyone to avail their services.
The sales person Anuja and her manager (don't remember his name) are big liars.
I am planning to go to the consumer court now.

Complaint marked as Resolved Sachin, from customer care PHW called and promised to resolve the issue and he is looking into it.
This is not resolved. The manager is asking me to do whatever I want and nobody can help.

Worst Service - Not Recommended , No able to book hotel even 4th Time

Every time you try to opt for hotels they said sold out and take exchange destinations which are too costly and you can get them cheaper directly online. What's the benefit to get a hotel membership?
For Domestic even if you are flexible with dates, you are forced to pay more for exchange destinations. Even if you try to book more than 1-2 months before. How is it possible for a company not to have rooms even for a request made 2-3 months before and even with flexible dates and locations?
I am totally frustrated now, this is happening 4th time with me.

Complaint marked as Resolved Got a call from PacificWorldHoliday Representative Aman Sharma, He agreed that there were some issues from their end and that they'll resolve them asap. They assured me that in the future, this will not be repeated.
I'll wait for their response and see if this time they'll fulfill their promise or not.

Not cancelling my membership & not refunding my amount - Cheated me reg.,

I have requested for Novotel Deira Dubai City Centre only, but instead they have given other options which are not satisfactory. Also the response time is so slow that after 10 days of my query request, I got this update. Me & My wife both are very much dissatisfied with the kind of service that PACIFIC HOLIDAYS is providing.
I can see so much difference from the day we visited their session and in reality which is quite surprising & shocking. After so much of thought, we decided to cancel our membership and refund the amount that is already paid without any deductions as we haven't utilized their services.
After so many calls & emails for about a month, the final conclusion they mentioned is "Dear Member,
Thanks for the appended mail, we feel repentant for the inconvenience caused to you. This is to inform you that membership is non cancellable & non refundable as we have no where denied for the services so we humbly request you to allow us a chance so that we can showcase our services at the utmost level."
Now my point is "If they have given the service of the hotel with one of their listings, it wouldn't have been a problem instead they have given other cheap options which I am not satisfied at all. So, definitely this is a way of cheating the customers especially me. I would like to have a clear resolution of cancelling my membership and get the complete refund from them."

Finally I decided to take 1 vacation to know their service and decide whether to continue or cancel it because as per their policy after 1 vacation if we are not satisfied we can cancel the membership and process the applicable refund with deduction of some administration charges. If I face the issue again, i will reopen the complaint.

This company is fraud. Making false commitments and making money out of it.
Every time they have issues with booking and not providing options as they committed.
Dont buy their membership - and do complaint against them.

I took the membership for fortune park vacation early this year. I was promised for stay in Europe (Switzerland, France, Belgium) upto maximum 21 days in a year at a stretch for which I took the membership. Now they are denying they cannot provide any stay there.
Moreover, they are asking us to pay for some exchange offer which was not mentioned in the contract.
Also, they promised to provide 5 star hotels but only...
