Want to cancel the Pacific Holiday membership due to person reason

I want to cancel the Pacific membership. Also on the next day I asked to cancel it but they are saying this is not in their policy and forcing me to take one holiday and they will cancel and refund. But I think after taking one Holiday it is again more difficult to cancel membership and I am not interested to take any of the Holiday. I just want to cancel and stop EMI subscription. Please help me.
I request them but they are not helping to cancel. I am in connect with Disha from pacific but no use. She is saying it is not there in company policy to cancel .

This is Bhavna Parekh, even I have same problem recently i took the membership by forcing their employees and want to cancel the membership. Please help me out as what can be done in this case. Please provide me your contact number to discuss the same.

Holiday Package-Fraud and Scamsters
"The Pacific Holiday World" - A unit of "4R Seasons Pvt Ltd." is a fraud company. They called us for a presentation at the end of which they were to give me a free Holiday Voucher and Movie Ticket for 2 adults and 2 kids – IT’s the first step to the trap.
They will ask for credit card details to check if you have no cost EMI and perform all the activities to brain wash you and ask for OTP – give your OTP, you are done and dusted.
If you say, I need some time, they will reduce the membership fees and will not let you get up the chair.
Only for this transaction, the network will work for any other details of the website, they will say network issue.
This company is absolute pathetic, they are fraud, cheaters and would play around with your money. The basic model of the company is to get the money out of your credit card in advance and then they would promise you the holiday for 5, 10, 25 years as per your plan.
They promise a CRM will allotted within 24 hours of you taking the membership, nothing will happen, the modus operandi of the so-called Customer care works only from 6:00PM to 6:15PM. A standard reply to your email will be given only once a day, because the fraudsters will become busy with cheating the potential new Customers after 6PM. They use various Sim cards to make calls and you will feel they are calling from the call center, but they will be calling from the local area.
The Sales Executive will convey that the cooling period is 7 days within which you can cancel, but they will not do that, they pester you to take one holiday, so that they can make a cheap 10000 and then torture us.
All the 5star review in any sites are their own people paid for the reviews. If anyone come with the truth, they will respond to the review saying that we are not in their data base.
Please be careful of the below people:
• Disha – who portraits herself has very spiritual lady – big liar
• Paras Sharma – who portraits himself has an experienced guy – he comes as a specialist to hypnotize you – like an aesthetician before the main surgery.
• Kamesh – they say he is the regional head – just comes to give some more discount.
• Rishabh – from the so-called Customer care team.
• Kusum – Customer care head – if you call her, she will tell, she has left the Company.
• Mahender – Operations Head – this guy will come into picture, if you apply for a charge back on your credit card, just to delay your cancellation process.
Especially middle-class people who dream about holidays but cannot afford genuine holidays are getting into this trap. They show you the pictures of big hotels and resorts just to tempt you while they don't have any connections to provide you these hotels. Many victims have already raised a police complaint against them. PLEASE DO NOT FALL TRAP TO THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

This is honest review which i experienced with pacific holiday world at the name of free gift voucher.
They invited me to collect gift voucher on 29th April in Aloft hotel, Bangalore. They started to explain that there are many good holioday ownership program which is only for those guys who are invited . I did not show any interest. So, they started to tell that it is available on 9 EMI of selected credit card. Even i was not interested.They sensed and told that it is on 24 Month EMI too. My wife just wanted to check wherher 24 months EMI is available or not so that it can be availed in future . I was surprised that they charged my credit acrd which was only given to check EMI option.
When i objected, they pacified by saying that it is with 7 days cancellation policy. I thought that there is nothing to loose if 7 days cancellation policy. I started to explore their website and concluded that there is big difference whatever hotels they explained at the hotel and mentioned hotels in website.
Next day, i sent a mail for cancellation. They told that it is in process.So, wait 3 to 4 days. Everyday they started to say like this. I got dought and explored internet about this company and found that it is big scam. they cheat innocent guys by conducting face to face interaction in 5 star hotels.
This is big scam which must be exposed . Company and involved managers ( Harish Kumar and Sameer Agarwaal) must be punished else they will keep on cheating many guys in future too.
I came to know that many guys from Bangalore are cheated. Luckily i found 5 to 6 guys . I made complaint in Marathalli police station, Commissioner, Deputy commissioner office too. I also filed consumer complaint. I am also making complaint in all goverement agencies like Income tax, GST, ED etc. because i have their GST and bank details etc. Got contact of all dirrectors. I will make sure that they must be punished. Very soon i will start social media campaign to make awareness by tagging PMO, CMO etc.

Complaint marked as Resolved Sachin from Pacific holiday world reached me on 17th May, 2023 and promised that refund will be processed in 3 equal EMI . First EMI will be processed within 24 hours, Second EMI by this month & 3rd EMI by 15th June. All these are communicated by mail too .On that basis of promise, i am resolving this issue.If not addressed as per promise, this can be reopened.

Regarding The Pacific Holiday World Membership

I have taken a membership for 3 years by paying 50K. I had mentioned at the time of taking the membership that we are a family of 4. (2 Adults and 2 children (aged above 6)) and I was suggested to take a package of Studio room where 3 adults can stay and for the 4th person we can take a extra bed which will cost 1000+GST. Children above the age of 6 are considered as adults as per their policy.
Now when I am planning to book a vacation I got to know that the studio room is only for max of 3 adults and for the 4th person I need to book a separate room as per the hotel tariff.
This is totally different then what I was told when taking the membership. I was told that 3 adults can stay in the studio room and for the 4th person I can take a extra bed which will cost 1000+GST
The sales person and the staff whatever they promise is utter nonsense and is very far away from reality.
Imagine going on a vacation and having to book a separate room for kids who are minors (one on my son is 7 years).
Worst experience and I would not recommend anyone to avail their services.
The sales person Anuja and her manager (don't remember his name) are big liars.
I am planning to go to the consumer court now.

Worst Service - Not Recommended , No able to book hotel even 4th Time

Every time you try to opt for hotels they said sold out and take exchange destinations which are too costly and you can get them cheaper directly online. What's the benefit to get a hotel membership?
For Domestic even if you are flexible with dates, you are forced to pay more for exchange destinations. Even if you try to book more than 1-2 months before. How is it possible for a company not to have rooms even for a request made 2-3 months before and even with flexible dates and locations?
I am totally frustrated now, this is happening 4th time with me.

I'll wait for their response and see if this time they'll fulfill their promise or not.

Not cancelling my membership & not refunding my amount - Cheated me reg.,

I have requested for Novotel Deira Dubai City Centre only, but instead they have given other options which are not satisfactory. Also the response time is so slow that after 10 days of my query request, I got this update. Me & My wife both are very much dissatisfied with the kind of service that PACIFIC HOLIDAYS is providing.
I can see so much difference from the day we visited their session and in reality which is quite surprising & shocking. After so much of thought, we decided to cancel our membership and refund the amount that is already paid without any deductions as we haven't utilized their services.
After so many calls & emails for about a month, the final conclusion they mentioned is "Dear Member,
Thanks for the appended mail, we feel repentant for the inconvenience caused to you. This is to inform you that membership is non cancellable & non refundable as we have no where denied for the services so we humbly request you to allow us a chance so that we can showcase our services at the utmost level."
Now my point is "If they have given the service of the hotel with one of their listings, it wouldn't have been a problem instead they have given other cheap options which I am not satisfied at all. So, definitely this is a way of cheating the customers especially me. I would like to have a clear resolution of cancelling my membership and get the complete refund from them."

Finally I decided to take 1 vacation to know their service and decide whether to continue or cancel it because as per their policy after 1 vacation if we are not satisfied we can cancel the membership and process the applicable refund with deduction of some administration charges. If I face the issue again, i will reopen the complaint.
