For the past 1 year or so, I have been raising the request for booking the hotels. I am getting revert from the pacific holiday world team in 24hrs or more, but never within the time frame. Besides, whatever the international booking I request for; either they advise me for a different destination or different dates but never provided with availability. The Pacific holiday world is a fraud company they took money in advance like from me they have taken 210000 inr to provide booking for 70night 80 days in 4/5 star hotels for 10 years.

They denied to provide booking when we make request to do the hotel booking. Also they are refusing to refund the amount.

This company is fraud and trick you in to paying lakhs of money up front. Then they provide you with third class cheap hotels after charging you for 5 star hotels. If you complaint, then they stop picking your calls.
They black mail you into marking the complaints as resolved, then they pick up your calls.

These guys use all the tricks in the trade to defer / deny service to customers and then offer sub-standard services where absolutely necessary. They use the ‘WILL NOT BE REFUNDED’ clause in the agreement to TRAP the customers and then harass the customers who ask for even a single booking.

I need to vent about the absolute nightmare I experienced with Pacific Holiday World. Our hopes for a fantastic December vacation in Maldives turned into a disaster.

(2 Adults and 2 children (aged above 6)) and I was suggested to take a package of Studio room where 3 adults can stay and for the 4th person we can take a extra bed which will cost 1000+GST. Every time you try to opt for hotels they said sold out and take exchange destinations which are too costly and you can get them cheaper directly online. What's the benefit to get a hotel membership?

For Domestic even if you are flexible with dates, you are forced to pay more for exchange destinations. Even if you try to book more than 1-2 months before. How is it possible for a company not to have rooms even for a request...

I have requested for Novotel Deira Dubai City Centre only, but instead they have given other options which are not satisfactory. Also the response time is so slow that after 10 days of my query request, I got this update. Me & My wife both are very much dissatisfied with the kind of service that PACIFIC HOLIDAYS is providing.
