Hi, I ordered study table from the shope market whose worth is rs 249, but I don't receive it .It is totally fraud .it is totally a big scam to the people .block this website fast

I have booked the following item on november 12 2022 and the payment was also made on the same day. payment of rs. 199 was successful. The payment was made to payu payments private limited.

I've ordered 2 wooden laptop tables on 13 nov 2022, at ₹499 each. The ordered products were supposed to be delivered by Friday 18th nov. Till date I've neither heard from them nor received the ordered products.

I ordered an extension Nov 3 and they never responded or sent me any updates. I paid for it and got an order ID confirmation message, further they ghosted and there's no way I can contact them. Whoever is responsible should be charged under IPC 420 and punished/sentenced for cheating/scamming people's income.
