I placed an order with this company on August 20, 2022 for an amount of INR 2118.75 and even got confirmation of the order on my email address. As per the details, they were supposed to send me updates related to shipment and delivery. However, i still have not received any such message from them. I sent an email to their customer care and there has been no reply from them at all. Today I see the website is no longer available

I had placed an order on their website a month ago for Rs. 1900 and they never sent me the products, never replied to emails, additionally, they blocked me on their instagram page after I started to question them there. www.theurbanoutfitters.com is a fake website and a fake company that takes the money but never sends the products.

I have been acammed for 1700 on this website, need action and refund

I placed an order with this company on August 27, 2022 for an amount of INR 1451.70 and even got confirmation of the order on my email address. As per the details, they were supposed to send me updates related to shipment and delivery. However, i still have not received any such message from them. I sent an email to their customer care and there has been no reply from them at all.

Multiple instagram ads showed this website in radar. I had placed order on august 24th 2022 for Rs.578. Received a confirmation mail with random order id number from them. Was promised express shipping according to website but till now no sign of order delivery.
the email id mentioned in their website is all fake and doesn't exist. They have a fake instagram page with fake followers (8, 000) with hidden comments....

I made payment for an order but the same was not reflected on the website. There was no email confirmation or any response to my queries. The contact details given in the website doesn’t work ([protected]@uof.com). I then created an account on the website and got a confirmation mail for the same from the mail id: connect.[protected]@gmail.com. I tried emailing to this id but got no response.

I had placed an order on the website - The Urban Outfitters which is based in New Delhi.
This is the link of the website - https://theurbanoutfiters.com and i had placed an order on 13th August, 2022. I made a payment of 1178 Rs via Gpay as they had no option of Cash on delivery. They sent me an Order confirmation mail with the order number 6793183 and notified to update me via email when the order would be shipped. But i have received no updates since as sufficient contact details havent been provided on their website. After a thorough research, i also came across their Instagram account and i have reported it as fraud after coming across similar reviews as mine. Please do the needful and requesting you to take an action regarding the same.

I have placed an order 1 week back for 2600 plus rs but there is no response by the company and no product delivery plus no way to track the order or to contact them.

The order was placed more than a week back but there has been no communication by the company of the product delivery or any other confirmation. The money was deducted but no further action was done by the company. I have paid more than 2600rs. There is no contact details or mail to track the product

I didn't get any information on the package, tracking number or progress. I couldn't contact the company to even cancel my order and get a refund.
I want this to be acknowledged.

Charged for the order through instagram ad! It’s been more than 2 weeks, they are not fulfilling the order. There has been mo email from the company. I have written more than 5 emails but still no response. Phone number is not mentioned on the website
