Service tax taken on lunch bill today at restaurant sector 104 noida,
Rude behavior
Poor service.

I have found that there is the usage of monosodium glucamite and other harmful chemicals which are prohibited by the yellow chilli restraunt are used in the yellow chilli restraunt nagpur.
So I kindly request you to take necessary action against the same.

I visited Yellow chilli with my family
on 28th February 2021. Worst experience ever, a restaurant who have poor CUSTOMER experience. Found HAIR in our food. Manager was pathetic and blamed us only instead. What a pathetic manager of yellow chilli was. Eat at your own risk if you are going to Yellow chilli. @sanjeevkapoor you have hired worst staff and especially manager who has no way how to talk to his CUSTOMERs. Even during PANDEMIC TIMES THEIR FOOD IS VERY UNHYGENIC. Very conveniently putting blame on us and this shows how unprofessional the manager is and this is the type of managers you hire who do not have the courtesy of apologising also. A sorry is the least one should say and that ignorant manager didnt have that much sense. Such an expensive place and staff is low standard. Please train them properly how to deal with their CUSTOMERs who they are serving food or fire them. My suggestion to hire qualified staff who also know how behave with their oen CUSTOMERs. Yellow chilli standard has just went to ###.

Today, on this dreadful day, I chose to go to this horrible place and ordered chilli chicken dry and hakka noodles..What they served was foul smelling chicken and hakka noodles made with MAGGI that too not properly drained. But why maggi?I paid over 700 rupees for this horrendous experience.

Coming to the ambience and seating, the sofas were all ripping apart as if crying in pain.I had to look for a less ruined one to rest myself.

Seriously reconsider before stepping into this shady place, afterall your money is precious.

Not expected of such a reputed food chain like The Yellow Chilli.

We visited on 23.4.19 for lunch we opted for the maharaja menu but what was served was all pathetic
1) sweet corn soup - uncooked n too much cornflour.
2) samosa chaat - the oil used to fry the samosa had a weird smell as if some bad quality oil was used.
3) chicken starter - smelled n tasted more like rawa fried fish than chicken.. I guess the same pan was used.
4) butter chicken - was the most pathetic version, i love butter chicken but here it tastes like gulab jamun... Overly sweet and raw chicken.
Any other place if we complain the che[censored]sually comes and makes sure the feedback is taken positively, here only the server was listening to our complaints and he just kept repeating butter chicken is supposed to be sweet but hello not as kheer.

I went to yellow chilli v3s mall laxmi nagar delhi on 14th jan 2018 with family for dinner. They gave me the bill of rs7989 including extra charges. After paying through my debit card i noticed that they have charged extra so i asked them to resend the bill then they gave me the bill of around rs 7263. I paid that bill too. The manager gave me the void sale receipt of 7989 bill and said that it will be back in my account within 48 hours but it has been more than 72 hours and i haven't received my money. Manager name was mr. Imraan or mr. Irfaan. I have been following up since monday but haven't got any thing yet. I dont want share my blog on social media and request you please return my money.

Today around 1:45 noon me and two of my friends visited the yellow chilli for lunch. I ordered 2full chicken biryani.
At the time of billing the total bill amount rs 1043, i paid by card.
Later when reached home i came to know that the payment slip amount was rs 1843.

I rushed to the restaurant and talked about the issue.
The respond was something i didn't expect.

He in a very rude manner says "first point, it was by mistake, 2nd point didn't you check your message on phone wen it got deducted". I was speechless. He deducted rs 1843 instead of rs 1043 from my account and now blaming me that i should have checked my message.
He is the one who typed the amount and after deduction is blaming me that i didn't check my message. Where is the sense here? I am still confuse now, what he is trying to say.
N i am uploading the bill and the payment slip.

Dear sir/madam, I purchased a water bottle from The yellow chilli restaurant at Hub, G S road, Guwahati and it was charged more than MRP for the bottle. MRP was 20 INR and it was charged 35 INR. This rate was apart from VAT (@14.5%) and service tax (@4.94%). Attached is the copy of the bill. When I asked the restaurant person he says “If you want you take it and we sell at this rate only”. It seems If they can fix their own rate then what is the meaning of MRP? I request you to take the necessary action against the restaurant.

Dear, I want to share the horrific experience we had, when I visited the Yellow Chilli restaurant yesterday evening accompanied by 15 colleagues (all employees of LG Electronics India Ltd.). We got a fixed package of alcoholic Drinks , Snacks & Dinner from Restaurant Manager (Mr. Naveen). But during the event we had a chain of terrible experiences of High unprofessionalism , bad service & hostility from the staff. Please refer...
