I have ordered for 3 kutis, slelected product has not received and its was used products which i have received i lost my 799 / - its really very worst products i have received and fraud i want to return it back...

Maine kurti ka combo pack ordered kiya tha, lekin saman itna kharab aur raddi hain. Mujhe mera paisa wapas kijiye. Jald se jald. I want to return the product and refund my money. Please. Invoice no CLK0305-228....

The clothes that I have got is totally different from the picture that shown in YouTube .and also not show any return policy with the product... Please return this product and refund me with 800 rs...

I had purchased a dress on 27nd April, 2022 from Theredblum website of Rs.799. I have received the dress on 27th April, 2022. The dress i have received is in the worst condition, torn, worst quality and all. After looking the condition of dress I have dropped a mail on their mail id, i.e. [protected]@gmail.com and also tried contacting them on contact no. [protected]. I haven't received an mail back from them, but on contacting them on call...

The redblum website did fraud to me I ordered 3 pair of clothes and selected case on delivery option and they have sent me wrong products which are torn and old...

I ordered 3 clothes of 799rs and they send me rubbish clothes of which we do not donate also....

This online shopping site www.theredblum.com is doing fraud. I had ordered 3 kurtis for Rs. 799. Today when I received, it was old dress and it was in extreme worst condition. There is no customer care number to call on. The customer helpline message is just worthless. My order id is CLK[protected] and it was delivered by ekart with no. NMBC[protected]. Please help me out....

I had placed an order on 28April. I received the product on 1 May 2022. When I placed the order I just got the information of order confirmation.
