I ordered set of three clothes from this website But what i got delivered is totally different (just like the clothes you throw away) they send me that,
When I’m trying to contact the customer service either they block the call or don’t answer The number on which i have contacted and the number given by the customer service are Switched off. I contacted the Ekart Office to give me the details of the seller but they too are not supporting. Plz help me in getting my Refund pizzzzzz. Yesterday ( 6/5/22 ) I refused to accept the order and EKart sent me the message of Order being cancelled but then they send it back today morning round 11 AM as My Staff was there and without taking my concern they delivered the Packet to them. This is ridiculous how come a cancelled order be delivered back. Went to Ekart office too but they are not responding. This is not acceptable ours is a hard earned money, we can't let it go on clothes that cant be reused even. plz don't do such fraud online, this way people will loose interest and faith in online shoping.
