I am Ms. Komal Sharma from Pune, Maharashtra.
I am writing this mail to seek help for my concern regarding false commitments given by one of TTD member named Mr. Manga Raju Gara for my recent trip.

Pune to tirupati trip dated 25th jan 2023 - no details received nor refund

Hello Team,

We booked trip from Pune to Tirupati from "Tirupati GreenIndia tourism" Agency for 4 members from 25th Jan to 29th Jan 2023. We added enquiry on "Hello Travel" & got calls from this travel agent.

We also paid 20, 000/- amount asked by travel Agent for Kalyan Seva darshan pass, Accommodation (Matrushri Vakuladevi rest house, Tirumala) & Train travel both ways.
