Tirupati Greenindia Tourism — Complaint regarding false trip commitments given by TTD member

Hello Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Ms. Komal Sharma from Pune, Maharashtra.
I am writing this mail to seek help for my concern regarding false commitments given by one of TTD member named Mr. Manga Raju Gara for my recent trip.

He mentioned to us that he is Railway recruitment board Chennai (RRB) government employee and also TTD (tirumala tirupati devasthanams) member. He is running a travel agency called "Tirupati GreenIndia tourism" and said that he has power to make confirmed IRCTC train tickets & can also arrange Tirupati balaji temple VIP darshan passes with accomodation at Matrushri Vakuladevi rest house, Tirumala.

We booked a trip from Pune to Tirupati from the "Tirupati GreenIndia tourism" Agency for 4 members from 25th Jan to 29th Jan 2023.
We also paid 20, 000/- amount asked by the travel Agent for Kalyan Seva darshan pass, Accommodation & Train travel both ways.

As we were supposed to travel on 25th Jan 2023 & did not received any details in hand, so we canceled our trip & expected 100% refund amount i.e., 20, 000/-

We tried to convey the same to the agent, but he has not refunded the amount yet & gave us false reasons & dates for the same. We are continuously calling him for updates & he is not receiving our calls now.
People are doing such scams in the name of God & doing misuse of government position.

Please find attached herewith trip plan & other details for your reference.

It would be really helpful if you look into the above concern & help us to get our refund.
Also try to take strict actions against him so that he & people like him can't think of doing such a scam again.
