refund discrepancy

Totally a fraud company. I had an account with them for last three years. I hv stopped taking toys since june 2017. Snd now when i asked for the refund so many calls but n response. Highly irresponsibe staff i may say. Some ms. Shivangi took the account details month back but nothing done.. Irrespective of my numerous calls and messages. Today when i enquired about my refund it's done but after deducting 600 rs. When asked they said you returned the toy 13 days late so money deducted. My question is why did not you send any message or notification for two years regarding this. Now when i m closing my account you thought let's deduct tge money as we are losing our customer. Highly # service.

Chor express is the right name for them. See the amount of bad reviews and they totally deserve this. I paid 2000rs security, 300+18% gst.. Continues for 3 months. Between these 3 months, i received few damaged toys but the account manager told me that i'll get the replacement for this, choose another toy, keep the toy until you get another toy and you won't be charged for it. Bad days start when i decide that it is not worth and i should close account and get back my security. I returned the toy and raised an account closure request. After around 13 days, i only get 728rs back out of 2000 security. They don't have the record for the registration amount i paid, and the conversations with my account manager since the account manager left the job. Also the 12 days for which i was told that i will not be billed, i was charged a month fees. I provided them with all the registration fee receipts and whatsapp conversations and kept on following up. After around 20 days, they stopped receiving calls. It has been one and a half month and i'm still trying to get someone on the phone. Totally fraud people.

We started their toy subscription in September 2017. Due to space restriction, and seeing how fast kids outgrow toys, renting seemed like a sensible option at that time. The toys delivered by them are of very low quality, unhygienic, broken or missing most of the times. After 2-3 such disappointing repeated deliveries where the toys received were not worth of the hefty amount we were paying for, we decided to discontinue their subscription.
Not to mention, their sales executives are blockheads and complete morons. We asked for mega building blocks, which was featured in their website. But as always that was not available and she offered an alternate. Well as parents all of you must be aware of the objective of introducing blocks to your toddlers. It is to spark imagination and building capabilities. And this was very well conveyed to the lady Pooja. But instead she sent a lame piece consisting of only 18 small pieces and we could hardly use it for building anything. And it had a ridiculous machine along with it to clean up. 824 buck for such crap seemed completely unjustified and we returned the toys two days later. Received them on Tuesday and returned on Friday ( these are the two days when deliveries are scheduled for north Delhi) in exactly the same state. And the very same day i wrote a mail to them to cancel the subscription, because it didn’t seemed like a worthy investment for us.
They never reverted back on that cancellation mail. I kept chasing them for the refund. We tried all the available numbers that we had with us to reach out to them.
And after writing a negative review, they finally contacted us to save their image. We were surprised to know that we have a pending payment going on. They very cleverly raised the return invoice after a month, so that they can charge us 824 rupees, for the same toys which were returned to them two days later. Seriously?
And their super rude sales girl Urvashi has the audacity to tell.. that we did offered you other options, but you didn’t choose.. so we will have to charge you that amount. Well is it a compulsion to choose for us ? It is our decision when we want to discontinue the plan. And after paying 13 K plus to them in all these month which were all timely payments... the excuses they gave us in returning mere 2500 security deposit is seriously disgraceful. Why will we not pay for the toys unless we have't used them and returned the next day. And we are seriously amazed how they treat a client who is with them for a year. If this is the way you intend to grow your organisation then, god bless you people. And not to mention not only their employees are dishonest but even the owner are crooks, which we can clearly make our out from their responses.
If you are so transparent in your working, as you are pretending, why did you raised the return invoice after a month for the toys which were returned after two days ? Why didn't you bothered to inform us that invoice for that month is already generated and return request can only be processed after a month, so we have to take the toys for that particular month. Why there wasn't a single revert on all the 4 cancellation mails sent to you even in all those 4 months. Why did you contacted us only after reading the negative public review ?
The reason is that their management and account department is messed up. When it will come to returning refund, they will cross all extent of cheapness and will come up with all possible excuses not to returreturn it.
I guess they believe in growing their business by eating up clients security deposits... only if 2500 bucks can make them rich...!!!
