Electricty Bill Payment not received to Mahavitran

I paid the electricity bill on 27th Apr 2023 with my HDFC Bank debit card through Cred App given the UPI Code on Mahavitaran hard copy (Rs.1930)
Still, payment has not been received by Mahavitran.

Sir when i paid rs 1410 through gpay on 31st july 2022. The amount shows successfully. After that KSEB says that was not reflected in your consumer number. So pl get back that amount. My gpay number [protected]
