I ordered some clothes on 5th Sept 2022. And my order was placed & paid properly. I got a successful order massage in my mail. On the successful order page, one more massage was reflected that I will be informed of my order tracking by mail. After that day there is no single activity is happened, like tracking information, the current status, despatch info, approx. date of delivery etc. Not even responding to my mail that I have written to [protected]@tradehook.in.

Amount debit by paytm but item not received till yet

On 4th july i have done a order from tradehook, the link was given on facebook.payment was successful and mail received, but till date no sign of delivery, not even a message..

I recently ordered few items from tradehook.in but after successful payment, they havent dispatched or sent the irems. Neither their website is reachable nor the mail id is working. The advertisement was in facebook too.

I placed order on tradehook on 4th July 2022. My order no. Is 5936 and paid 199rs. For the product via gpay. After that I get message with a link but now the link could not open and yet I don't receive any product.

I did order from tradehook.Com...My payment was successful rupees 199...04/07/2022...It was scam...My prpduct is not shipped or order details was not given...Totally fake website...

Purchased a Jacket from Tradehook website on 23 June, 2022. My transaction was successful as shown by payu. Till now I haven't received any update of my order. The merchant isn't traceable. The official number and mail ID given on their website is incorrect. Infact the adress is also misleading. Please do the needful at the earliest to help me get my money back...Asap

Payment completed hone k bad moi response nhi aya. The are fraud, i want my money back as soon as possible. Mail they are not responding, number is incorrect.

Yet not recevied the order

Made an online payment on 29th April 2022 to buy some dresses from Tradehook.in. I even made an account.. its almost one month and there is no message or intimation regarding my order.. its a totally fake website manipulating people into buying clothes .. a total fraud.. their phone number and email address is also wrong.. so there is no way of contacting them anyway.

I have booked couple of items (3D Sand Art Hour glasses) and paid full money on May 2, 2022. I got a mail confirming my purchase. Post that there is no update and it is more than 2 weeks. I sent emails and there is no reply. One email bounced saying wrong email id.

I have purchased two remote aircraft toys in tradehook on 27th April. But still I have not received my order. The phone number and email ID provided in the website are fake. Unable to contact. They are completely Fake company.

The company is such a fraud one. If you can't provide materials at that price, then stop marketing them. Stealing someone hard earned money or rather I would say robbing it is soo unethical. Shame on you .

I made an order from this website and paid through card. Payment was successful but I haven’t received my order yet nor have I received any information about delivery.
The contact number on the site is invalid and nobody is responding to mails. This is a fraud website and my money is wasted.

I had placed an order on TradeHook on April 25 and I was charged for it successfully. But there's no upadate on the order and the various contact details of the company on their website (email, phone number, address) are also incorrect with no response whatsoever.
