I have booked 2 tickets from travolook . I have mailed them regarding the same for number of times but there was no response from their side it’s totally fraud...

1. I have booked the flight REF[protected] from Hyd to DEL and DEL to Hyd through Travolook and they canceled it immediately without any reason.

2. I tried to reach them over the phone and on the emails and the response was not proper and kind of rude(disconnecting the call in between the conversation)

3. Travolook has not yet refunded the money. I have sent several reminders....

I Used to book all my flight from this site but recently my flight got canceled and I didn’t get the money back.it happened twice so I couldn’t tolerate anymore I have called multiple time on[protected] this no but no one is picking up the call I have also mailed on [protected]@travolook.in but still no one is responding I highly plead to have look on this and care to your customers

I try to book a flight from travolook, my payment was cut from my account but a ticket does not issue me, I request to travolook to refund my amount but travolook told me that we did not receive your payment, since 02 Nov-2021 I request much time to solve this issue but they every time say we no receive any amount, I complain to SBI they also told me that payment was credit in travolook. They are doing fraud with costmers. please don't book...

5. Spice jet canceled the flight and I had to cancel the ticket. And informed Travolook to refund the money.
