Had asked to pay me the complete amount by sept end and till date the flights are not booked. The sales representative Mr Ashish is absconded with both his numbers switched off. It's a fraud company and have paid a complete amount of Rs 1.9 lacs....

Had booked a trip to Ooty via Trip Paramount. He sent us some confirmation pdf but when i called the hotels they said the bookings were not done. He said that they'll send the taxi driver numbers 15 days before the trip. I tried calling and texting them today on WhatsApp but there is no response....

On 19th September 2022 we had booked for andaman through trip paramount ... We paid 40000 starting on 17th September, 25000 on 19th September and 7000 on 24th September... we have not got any confirmation of booking ...we r not able to reach them as they have deleted there wats app number ..nd the phone is switched off... we have not got the refund amount also... please file a complain on this travels......

I had booked a Mahabaleshwar trip with Trip Paramount travel agency for 3 days from Aug 12th - Aug 15th; alongwith the travel and accommodation for those days. The advance amount of Rs. 15000 was paid and confirmation receipt was shared; however the trip was cancelled without any intimation. Then after multiple follow-ups, they agreed to refund the amount within 30 days; however its been more than a month but I haven't received the refund....
