Trunet services are not smooth/ trustworthy. They also not refunding my amount to discontinue services....

Trunet is the most ineffective wifi service.
Wifi goes off every 15 days. When a complaint is registered with customer care, the executive mentions, someone will come and fix it. But noone turns up.

I have paid Rs. 1800 for 3+1 50 Mbps speed. When asked for refund, they say we do not have refund policy.
Such companies should be taken to court since they are only looting people...
