Trunet is the most ineffective wifi service.
Wifi goes off every 15 days. When a complaint is registered with customer care, the executive mentions, someone will come and fix it. But noone turns up.
I have paid Rs. 1800 for 3+1 50 Mbps speed. When asked for refund, they say we do not have refund policy.
Such companies should be taken to court since they are only looting people

The internet connection is not working correctly from day one. I have made several e-mails and calls to them on the given number (which is their toll-free no [protected] I made messaging/calling the manager also) but no one has resolved it yet. As I am a university student and a job holder and most of my work are done online for that, I need a proper internet connection throughout the day. I have given my IT person's contact number to them they spoke to him and have sent them the recording of what the IT person told me about the issues (the IT person clearly mentioned to them that they are not providing a secure network to me that why I am unable to work) and I have mentioned multiple times that my office work is not done due to their network is not secure.
Before giving me a connection they took payment (which is Rs.2300/- ) and still this kind of service they are providing to me.
Daily they visit my place and sit do some phone calls and say it will take 2 more days or 3 more days and after 12 days same issues I am facing.
Before taking the connection I mentioned to Mr. Shrinath about my work-from-home process and he told me he will refund me if any issues occurred now they are not picking up my calls and only messaging on whats app.
I am requesting you please help me to get this money back as I am a very needy person. Because Wifi is now very necessary to earn my bread-butter that is why I took this connection.
Kindly do the needful.

Internet service
TRUNET is not providing their services properly, Even customer care services are also worst they are just raising the complaint tickets and saying our technical person will come and resolve but no one comes to resolve and within 24hrs I get text from them that issue ticket got resolved without resolving the issue. This issue I am facing every week. No technical person is coming to visit and the customer care people are not Transferring their call to the seniors they are saying they don't have authority to do this . I have 30mbps plan but I am not getting even 10mbps also this issue is going on since December month in which I got the connection. the local office is also not responding, not attending the calls, and the offices are closed every time I visit the office.
