The internet connection is not working properly from day one. I have made several e-mails and calls to them on given number (which is their tollfree no [protected] I made messaging/calling to the manager also) but no one resolved it yet. As I am a university student and a job holder and most of my work is done online for that, I need a proper internet connection throughout the day. I have given my IT person contact number to them they spoken to him and have send them recording of what IT person told me about the issues (IT person clearly mentioned them that they are not providing secure network to me that why I am unable to work) and I have mentioned multiple times that my office work is not done due to their network is not secure.
Before giving me connection they took payment (which is Rs.2300/- ) and still this kind of service they are providing to me.
Daily they visit to my place and sit do some phone calls and say it will take 2 more days or 3 more days and after 12 days same issues I am facing.
Before taking connection I have mentioned to Mr Shrinath about my work-from-home process and he told me he will refund me if any issues occur and now they are not picking up my calls and only messaging on whats app.
I am requesting you please help me to get this money back as I am very needy person. Because Wifi is now very necessary to earn my bread-butter that why I took this connection.
