Unknown Calls From Different Different No Complaints & Reviews

From last 15 days I m getting unknown calls from different different no. First call I picked up and I said it's wrong no from that time daily calls and what's app msg from different no they are sending. One of my friend called and ask from where you get this no he is saying someone given him although i m avoiding to all calls and blocking them but them they will start to msg on what's app. Please help me out from there. I am getting unknown calls from Last 10 days from different different no. Once I got the call so I picked up and said wrong no from that's onward I m getting unknown calls from different different no daily atleast one or two no call will come.. I blocked all the no. All call location mostly from UP EAST INDIA. KINDLY PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON MY COMPLAINT I m fed up of this calls
