Unknown Calls From Different Different No — Unknown calls

From last 15 days I m getting unknown calls from different different no. First call I picked up and I said it's wrong no from that time daily calls and what's app msg from different no they are sending. One of my friend called and ask from where you get this no he is saying someone given him although i m avoiding to all calls and blocking them but them they will start to msg on what's app. Please help me out from there. I'm using Jio sim card.[protected]

These are the numbers more numbers are there. Please help me out and take action how they got my no. I don't know and mostly calls are coming from up Bihar
