I purchased Usha Eurolex water heater. There was a defect in the lid of heater. We raised a complain on 7th December 2021, It's been more than one month and more than 5 calls to Usha Customer care.
Each call ends with a resolution within 48 hours and no technician visits.
I called them just one more time before writing this complain.
Pathetic service from Usha.
i need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible....

I have been using this product from last 3 months, within the first month the tap got damaged, now when i am pulling the leaver down for the water purification, water is getting leaked.
