I purchased Usha Eurolex water heater. There was a defect in the lid of heater. We raised a complain on 7th December 2021, It's been more than one month and more than 5 calls to Usha Customer care.
Each call ends with a resolution within 48 hours and no technician visits.
I called them just one more time before writing this complain.
Pathetic service from Usha.
i need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. We are not able to use the product since we purchased.
We can't operate on defective product directly as this is an electronics item and can be devastating if something goes wrong while in use.
