On 18 jun 2023 i booked 3 tickets on utc Uttarakhand bus transportation to lucknow from pithoragarh i made an online payment using sbi online banking and the payment was success but the tickets were not booked so please kindly help me get a full refund as sokn as possible...

Dear Sir, my name is Devendra Bijalwan village Jeevanwala P.O. Fatehpur tanda dehra dun. My question is that why is it not stopping buses at jeevan wala or Lal tappar bus stand/stoppage. For the last 1.5 years I have been irregularly travelling from Majri to Haridwar by bus. mostly I was late for the Uttarakhand buses. Last time I have to go by tempo/taxi or any other transport.I want to know that why is not stop the buses at bus stop driver...

Very very very bad dhaba stoppage
This is in regards to a very bad experience I had. We were travelling to delhi to dehradun via janrath, the stoppage of in between had a very bad experience given it to me and my family. The washrooms have no water and bulb. Smelly and disgusting. I would request you to plz change the stoppage as men and women both travel in this route....
