Utc — Amount has been debited from my account but my bus ticket has not been booked

On 18 jun 2023 i booked 3 tickets on utc Uttarakhand bus transportation to lucknow from pithoragarh i made an online payment using sbi online banking and the payment was success but the tickets were not booked so please kindly help me get a full refund as sokn as possible
