I received a call from utthan trust today, they wanted me to help a child suffering from cancer at aiims hospital. I'm been getting a lot of calls from people regarding such cases and decided to investigate. When i called and enquired at the hospital, i got to know that there is no such patient is admitted and that they have been receiving a lot of such calls. They further requested me not to donate any amount....

I am living in pune. Recently I got a call from the Utthan trust Delhi for giving charity to the child who is suffering from a disease. They convinced me by showing their site and their registration in ngo.india.gov.in
After this they emotionalized me by saying that since it is a girl child people are hesitating to make the payment and to the most worst I bet prey in their trap.
I made my payment too using payumoney on their site http://www.utthantrust.org/
They told me they will send a confirmation receipt to me in my mail id.
And to the worst they havent send anything.
The people who are doing this will die in hell.
Date of Incident: 22 April 2017
I request you to either refund me the money or send me the receipt with proof that the money has been delivered to the said child patient.

Preeti Singh/ Priyanka/ other people whose lovely names I don't recall are literally pestering the hell out of me from the past 6+ months. Every other day they will call and ask for serious amount of donations( if it's small amount, they'll ask for more)

If you check in True Caller, they'll actually show it as a spam number( you can achieve that position only if you try harder and the have )
As per the information shared by a friend of mine, these calls are not allowed unless and until I have participated in an event or so and, no I haven't.
I even asked how they got my number and they replied they got from a blood donation camp(Needles actually scare the hell out of me and I have never donated the same).
I am not sure how deeply you can trust the genuinely of this NGO, which doesn't settle for donations below 500rs.
They won't even stop calling even if you are broke/Jobless or in a hospital.
I have read numerous complaints on the same trust and with all the information available and I don't think they are genuine.

Hi everyone my name is tania.
Actually I was a regular donor o[censored]tthan trust. I was providing 1000 rupees every month. I just stopped my donations from last week.
I read a complaint on Google regards to this ngo after that I decided to know about that how much they are providing them.
So I just asked for the contact numbers of baby ahil's father.
His name is Rahil so I just asked him how much they are getting from this trust he told me he is getting only 5000 rs. In six months sometimes he also not get any amount.
And I arranged 80000rs. For his therapy in September and now they again asking and bleeding for 120000 rs regards to his surgery and when I asked the baby's father about his surgery he told me they are lieing.
So from now I just stopped my donations for this trust.

My name is sreejith. I am belongs to kerala actually I am giving donations from February this year. Just a few days ago I get to know that utthan trust is a fraud ngo. Mr. Abhishek kumar tiwari & Preeti singh using the people money for their own benefits.
They are not providing the donations to needful people they are using that money for the living a lavish life.
I just got some information from someone who knows that trust very well. I can't disclose her name in that complaint.
Some honest volunteers have already leave this NGO's because of their (Mr abhishek & Preeti) fraud work they are raising the funds on the name of baby Rani & baby ahil.
They are providing less then 1% from the donations which they are raising on the name of them.
When I get this kind of information regards this NGO so I decided to collect all the information so I can be sure about it.
After some enquiries I got to know that they are raising more then 80k to 90k in a day and they are not giving even 5k in a month to their families(baby Rani and baby ahil) .
I got also some pictures, video and some audio clips which proves that this ngo is a fraud ngo and I am also giving the account number also this trust which they are using for online donations

In the end I just want to say that we all should help to needy and poor children and the families. But this kind of fraud NGO's breaking our trust I will not stop helping but I'll stop giving donations to this fraud people (utthan trust team) and if you are donating in this NGO please read and verify this pictures and video which I am sharing with you and this proofs I got by someone who knows everything about this trust just for the safety reasons I can't disclose her name because I don't want to any kind of trouble for her.she gave me the board pictures which shows about their donations they used to make calls and then they cry on that phone call. They used to say lies regards to the bad condition of child. At one I also got emotional and after that they using this trick and people are getting emotionally blackmailed by them.
Please in a picture you can also see that board behind of Mr. Abhishek kumar tiwari and preeti which is mentioned the amount on that day and how they are celebrating on the donors money. My aim to post this complaint is that to aware the persons who is already donating in this NGO or who will donate please make sure your money should reach on needy's hand not in the cheater hands.
Please read verify than take a decision that you should donate or not in this trust.

I think you are right. They are calling and crying every week or month.
So I also decided to talk with parents of the children.
Then they gave me a number I think it's fake because no one is picking.
So I also stopped donating in this ngo.
And one thing more the address of this ngo relats to a slum area from East Delhi.
So they are also poor so how they can provide the amount from there pocket.
They are just using our money for themselves.
It's not called social work it's pure business.
And if someone also donating in this ngo please help directly do not give donations in utthan trust account.
So I also decided to talk with parents of the children.

they are completly doing marketing and collecting money from good peoples and running their faimly like a millionaire. they are actually just using the childs for their savings. so be aware all of my friends before donating to this ngo...totally fraud...shame on trustees who are running this fraud ngo.
before donating first verify all details on google...it is better to donate directly to the needy other than such types of ngos.

Mr. sreejith if you are really a genuine person or honestly tell me whatever you are saying are right, just proove it, you must be having proof, so prove it. How could you say that while not even we know you. On the other hand our address and contact number are available on our website any body can come on our office or they can speak to us regarding any concern. As well as our entire cases are genuine any body can speak to survives parents even they can meet to patients as well. Lets come on point i do not know who are you what was your motive, but what you have done it is a cyber crime and its a fake blame you know that very well. We are going to complain against you for this. We will take legal step because we are not wrong we are complete genuine any one can verify and check.

Today I got call from +91 [protected] number.I ask some genuine question after he cut the call.I think this is fraud trust.
Yes, They First Call us and says that they need a money for baby named 'Jyotsna' and tell us that they required 90000 RS for the treatment for 'Heart Hole' of Jyotsna.They speak like they are crammer.i think they tells each o[censored]s with same long speech.so i think they are fraud.
I have been connected and involved with utthan trust as a small doner for their great effort towards the needy and demanding people more than 2.5 years and I never realized that they are doing any type of game and fraud with us. They also never force to you for doing any help. This is up-to you whatever you want and how much you can do for their support.
But I saw here, some people are spreading negative feedback for rest people to fullfill their own wrong intention.
I don't know why !
I request to all of you, who are really want to any help to anybody, please don't stop yourself to do a good things just because to read a single negative review. They all are also worried about this type of rumours news because they are doing their best effort in this work.
Pls don't discourage to them by give the chance to these type of news.

They try to help people from all around the world and before asking for donation they give proper details about the patient and reports and all..
I personally have also verify by going into hospital to verify patient details and have not been wrong

With the well satisfactory experience i am having with the Utthan trust i want to say u that your complain is the biggest negative mark on you only because many people are associated with the Utthan trust and they have their positive reviews too.The people who are really working something fruitful for the underpriviledged sections will not stop doing it just because of your review, they will be keeping up their good work and before posting such type of reviews you should think twice because there are lot of people who can compell themselves to give you strong replies as i did today..If you don't want to donate then u should not. .Posting such reviews will not work, let them serve the society as they are doing you are not living with them and remember God is watching everything..We must not judge the others ourselves...
