I have purchased one product from https://valuecartwala.com/ (Projection + Table Clock (Version 4.0) cost rupees 1299/- cash on delivery. Wrong product has been delivered and when i raise request for replace and return there is no response from them. Product has been delivered from Delivery to my city when I have asked them from where they got the package they mention https://nimbuspost.com/ i called nimbus post but they are not revealing the original sender.
When I booked the product very next day got a call from [protected]. my order no is #VCW9559 ordered on 26th July 2023 delivered on 31st July 2023

My parents ordered a table projecter watch and it is delivered broken and also different watch and paid 1300/- and now they are nowhere available neither on mail or call. How these people have so much audacity to fool anyone because our Indian online platform rules are not strict enough to regulate purchases.
