Hi there,
I was also the victim of Varafi's scam. So let me clarify a few things and how I managed to get my refund from them.
1. First case: I had booked my tickets from this website and got a call from their team that my booking is aborted. They said that the refund has been auto initiated and should come within 6-7 working days. I constantly kept following up with them as the refund did not come. After 15 days..i decided to threaten them and told the representative on call that I will file a police complaint against this company and will come to their office if I do not receive the refund by tomorrow. And guess what? I received my full refund the very next day by 11:30 am.

2. Second Case- I thought that let's give another chance to this company and I decided to book flight tickets again. I spoke to the representative to confirm that my booking will not get cancelled if I book right now. So after that I booked my one way ticket to delhi again. I received the email confirmation as well along with the PNR. Upon checking the PNR, I found out that it is again an incorrect one but this time my booking was confirmed. I waited for 5 days but no ticket number or a proper ticket from the airline was sent. So I decided to cancel my booking. Their toll free number lines kept saying busy and I used to wait for 30 minutes just to speak with the representative. So they said an amount of 500 rs shall be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded. I agreed to that and they refunded my money the very instant.

So I am just saying that this is a FRAUD website and please threaten them if you really want to get back your money.

Same happened to me. I booked one on 16th December and didn't get the refund yet. They are not picking calls or answering to emails. Where can we escalate this?
