Booked flight from Delhi to Bangalore and at last moment they cancelled the flight. I called there customer care when I didn't get the PNR. They said this ticket is booked as group ticket so PNR will be generated before 6 hours of departure.
After that they cancelled in last moment. They are not returning the refund after multiple call in customer care. All customer care representative telling same thing.

This company is biggest fraudist

I had booked a ticket from BLR to BBI through Varafi.com on 16th of Dec 2022. They aborted booking on 30th of Dec 2022, ie: Your Booking is Aborted with varafi.com: VID[protected]. Since then I am communicating with them through mail and calls. Now they are not responding my calls and asking to mail them. But result is the same. Till now they did not refund my booking amount of INR 4605.00.

Booked fight ticket on 01 FEB2023 and soon after amount deducted from my credit card executive from the company called and told your ticket has been aborted and your refund will be credited within 48 hours . but after so many mails and calls also the company is not responded and till date my refund not received. My booking ID is VID[protected].

Hi Sir/Madam,
Booked an AirTicket with Varafi.com for flight dated[protected]. The ticket was aborted on[protected] and since then i have been following up for refund but not received. Only assurances which are fake

On 29/01/2023 I booked online 2 air tickets separately from Kolkata to Guwahati for 31/01/2023. soon after payment made through Debit Card I found that both tickets were aborted. Thereafter from Varafi.com called me on phone and told that money would be refunded to me within 48 hours. But during these 5 months, they are not refunding my hard earned money inspite of my several phone calls and emails. It seems Varafi.com under VARAFI TRAVEL is a great FRAUDER.

There executive told that money will get return in thee to four working days but till date it is not credited in my account. Varafi is a fraudulent company.

Booking ID: VID[protected] & VID[protected] I booked flight ticket through Varafi.com website on HDFC by debit card for Rs 8231 in total. As per phone call I was supposed to get the refund by 7 business days. But till date (11 may) the refund amount Rs 8231/ has not been credited in my account.

I booked two flight tickets from Ranchi to Bangalore for air Asia flight I5-820 with Varafi.com for the amount of ₹10150. My booking id is VID[protected] and PNR number is KN1V6D. The booking date was 14 January, 2023 while the travel date was 16 feb, 2023. The flight was unexpectedly cancelled for which I never received the refund amount. It’s been 4 months now and I’m following them up to refund my amount but they keep delaying it days after days.

Booking ID:VID[protected], I booked flight ticket through Varafi.com website on[protected] by debit card for Rs 14934/ and I cancelled the booking on[protected], since I suspected a scam by Varafi, as verified from the airlines the PNR number is a fake. As per phone call I cancelled the booking and was confirmed by Varafi by email and the refund was initiated on[protected]. But till date[protected] the refund amount Rs 11934/ has not been credited in my account

My booking of flight no 6E623 dt 18 Dec Is aborted Pune to Guwahati. The booking no is VID[protected] dt 08 Dec 22. Pl track the my refund and return to my account for refund. Today I speak ur customer care executive Monica told me my concern fwd support team and her told 5 to 7 day query is solve. I told you my booking aborted in 8 th of dec as per policy I m complaint it but I m can't waiting then I m complaint in my side for further necessary action please.

Yet to receive the refund cancellation of aborted flight booking on Jan 3rd 2023.

We have been following up for the last 46 days & there is no response.

I had booked one Air ticket on 26th Dec, 2022 through Varafi.com for one passenger. The booking id was VID[protected] & the journey date was 11th Feb, 2023 from Mumbai to Patna.
Few days prior to the journey date, i had got a call from Varafi that the ticket has been aborted by the Airlines & i will be getting the refund of my booking amount of INR 5, 463 in the next 7-10 working days.
Since then i have been following up with Varafi.com for refund however it is still unresolved.
Request to please help in getting the refund of the above mentioned booking amount.

I booked 10 tickets from this site on 28/01/2023 from srinagar to mumbai it was a indigo 6E 431 flight, my booking ids are
VID[protected] and VID[protected]. On 5th of march 2023 i got a mail mentioning that their is some issue with my bookings and they need to call and inform me so i shared them my temporary conact and on the same day i got to know all my tickets have been aborted and the reason being that it was a promotional priced ticket and it was not mentioned in any of my bookings that it was promotional fare, when i asked them about the refund they said in your special case you will recieve it in 24 hrs so but that never happend, we somehow managed to come back from kashmir and so we checked, we have not received the refund so we called them again on 10th march 2023 one of their executive said you will recive it in 5 to 7 workings days and on 11th march i wrote a mail regarding the refund status in that they mentioned that it has been initiated but it has already been 4 days still they have not refunded the amount, after all this fuss we still waited for sometime but each time we call or mail them they only say wait for more 3 to 5 days we will recheck your refund status and resolve it asap. But nothing of that sort is happeing and refund is being delayed and we are being played by varafi.com. Its a fraud company and needs to be sued asap and they need to pay back the whole booking amount and also compesate for all kind of inconvenience caused by them.

On 18th Jan my ticket canelled, till date not refunded .

Varafi.Com has selling air india flight ticket on line. I have booked the ticket from udaipur to mumbai for 10th feb 2023 for my slef and my wife for rs.7356/-

We have been following up for the last 46 days & there is no response.

My four bookings were aborted by Varafi on 31.1.2023, they emailed me and even contacted me through phone call telling me that they have initiated and reversed back the refund by the same mode of payment. But no refund have been reflected to my account till today 28.02.2023. When i contact Google Pay Customer Care Support, i found that no such transaction has been made by this Varafi as they said. I have called and emailed them, every time they keep on telling the same old fake excuses asking me to wait for another 48 - 72 hours... How many 72 hours have gone so far??

It's been a month and I have not received any refund. The customer care is so irresponsible they didn't provide any useful information and I have asked for proof of refund initiation but have not received anything.

We have booked a ticket from Chennai to Kochi for 25th of January on 15th December'22, with booking id is VID[protected]. We got the booking confirmation over the mail which has an onward flight (Akasa Air QP- 1308) and return Indigo 6E- 539, We tried searching that PNR on airlines website but could not find any details there and when we called there customer representative they told me that the PNR is not valid one. One 23rd Jan we received a mail from Varafi stating Booking Aborted and refund will be done between 48 hrs to 7 working days. Customer service executive not allowing to speak with there managers. I have booked a ticket from Bhopal to Jaipur for 25th of January, whose booking id is VID[protected]. I got the booking confirmation over the mail which has an Indigo PNR number, I tried searching that PNR on Indigo website but could not find any details there and when i called there customer representative they told me that the PNR is not valid one. I keep calling the contact number given by Varafi.com on ticket confirmation but there are not responding.

I booked a plane ticket on 6 January via varafi.com with an amount of 12099. I have come to know lately that it is a fraudulent company.

On 16th December, booked an Indore-Mumbai flight for the 31st of December. two days before the flight, received an email from Varafi that the flight is aborted. Since the flight is Indigo, called them, but they affirmed the flight is happening. Varafi said that an auto-refund has been initiated and will be deposited in 3 days. One month has passed, 3 emails sent back and forth but no refund.
It seems like a fraudster, and fake. They should be booked and my amount of 19000/- returned.

Recently i booked a ticket from Patna to Chandigarh for the date of 27-jan-23 by the Varafi.Com. i received PNR No & ticket confirmation mail from those site.

For clearification, i called to respective air line customer care but he told that your PNR not found in our system & not a valid PNR.

& not getting proper responce from varafi.com

Finally, perhaps fraud has been happened with me.

Fake site for booking flight tickets and they cancell at two days before saying aborted due to promotion charges. They don't have great customer care nor refund policy. DGCA should ban this booking site

Paid for 4 return tickets to Amritsar from New Delhi for January 12 Th n return January 14 Th with payment from credit card from IndusInd on Dec 24 Th and till date ( Jan 7 Th) no tickets emailed.

This is fraud and we need to be aware of this company and need to register this complaint.
