My PAN No ABIHS9331M had been alloted on May 10, 2022 and the same has been dispatch via Velex (AWB [protected]) .

I got a call from the delivery guy who says "I have your courier but will only deliver if you pay Rs. 50 as delivery charges for the same. First i argued with him about the same as the courier is paid for, then i agreed that okay you deliver the document and i will pay Rs. 50.

But i have still not...

I was apply my pan card at 26/11/21 in nsdl.it was dispatched 29/11/21 till they not deliver to my address.i check out AWB number it's is near by my location.i couldn't contact they don't have contact details.what happened my pan card i don't know.please take this complaint to velex service...
