I have paid fee for Venkateshwara Open University. University in Lekhi, Arunachal Pradesh. I have received three semesters marksheet but Final sem - 4th semester marksheet is still pending. I wrote number of mails to the mail id [protected]@voussm.edu.in mentioned in website www.voussm.edu.in but i didn't get any reply from them it's been one and half year. still i am not getting any response from them and also...
