I have taken service and paid 40, 000 for 4 months.
2 RMs were assigned and both of them are either on leave or have family issues or day off.
I finally gave up. They again asked me to take the service and assured better services. I paid the amount and now it is the same thing again.

I was sold this membership with lost of false promises. The consultant i was assigned didn’t even update me about his week offs until i raised it on numerous calls and emails. The consultant never reverted during his shift timings and whenever i pinged him, he said his shift is over. The matches from the consultant was okay - not hand picked/out of the world etc, compared to what is being told to you when you are about to do the payment. They will never escalate your issue. They will mark it to resolve and they will not reach out to you ever. I had to go through 4 different people(each taking 30-40 mins for the same story to play again and again), numerous emails (with no response), numerous calls(where people even hung up on call) to escalate issues. At the end, you lose your hard earned money, time and energy for nothing. Its useless and worthless. Pls think hard before investing here. At the end, when i asked for a refund for the remaining time, I was told I am talking to the highest escalation point - Afreen shaikh and there is no concept of refund at all. And all this time, all the other 4 people that i had talked to had mentioned refund policy. You can understand how hollow and fraud this service is! Just beware!

I Kshitij agrawal take vip service on 1 june and was started on 6 june of around 30000
But they not provided service that they promised to. And no reply from that side.
I send this message many times!

So tired of contacting you but not able to and my problem is not resolving.
Please cancle my vip membership and refund my money and cut your charges till now
It is not going well and my consultant is not responding to my questions and no matches sent and on leave most of the time and no one is listening to my problem

Vip service is a fraud. They call me very early in the morning to tell me that he has sent an email. All he is sending an email. The consultant is not calling the contact and arranging the meeting as was promised before signing up the contract. This service does not do anything. I am looking for refund of my money. I have asked my consultant to talk to his manager, he is not letting me talk to anybody above him.

In the month of june 2018, a representative from vip shaadi.com ali momin (Product advisor) contacted me and asked to change the membership from shadi.com to vip shadi.com, in order to arrange a marriage for my daughter., and i was asked to deposit a fee of rs 35000. They promised me an exclusive consultant, who will arrange contact, including conferencing to arrange a suitable match, until the marriage takes place.
However, once i deposited the mentioned sum through debit card, the appointed consultant naveeda pawaskar, sent only a few matches which were not up to the requirements and passed three months without any suitable matches found for us. No conference call was ever arranged. At the end of three months, they said that the limit of the services has expired.
Mr. Momin and ms. Pawaskar duped us and vip shaadi, is an entirely fraud organization earning money through fraudulent ways.

I first spoke to salim who sold me an exclusive vip service where their consultants introduce me to these exclusive profiles from their "vip club" in addition to the regular shaadi profiles that matched by criterion. I was told a consultant will constantly stay in touch with me. I paid rs 30000! For a three month service. Salim knew i worked and told me that the consultant will call me outside of my working hours. I was then asked to pay extra for that service once i joined which is ridiculous

I was introduced to navya who never calls me outside of my working hours because it was too late and of course never picks her phone. I then received a call once i complained yesterday offering me a rs 4000 refund and asking for my cc details which i did not feel comfortable doing. What is 4000rs when i payed 30000. Once i refused to share my cc details the guy rudely said you can complain again and hung up do not use shaadi.com it is a fraud service with rude people and zero customer service
There is no accountability never an update on what he did with all the profiles that i had accepted.

This service is a cause for stress please do not sign up. Please do not waste your money. I no one else uses this service. They are exploiting us and i am happy to complain where ever possible.

We had signed up for vip shaadi.com after paying a large amount of money to get personalized profiles for my daughter as per my requirements. I was supposed to get 6 profiles not only do i not receive those. I also do not get the personalized service i was promised my account contact is navya who has been to call me in the evening after6:00 as i work well she calls during my work hours and then there is no response from her
I would request my money to be returned as the services are not being delivered to me
