I ordered crossfit smartwatch from this site and get low quality watch in place of watch shown on website. I raised refund request but get no response from them. Plz return my money...

We have ordered 2 nos Smartwatch from Crossfit wide order ID 26711 and 26713 and was delivered at the shipping address through shiprocket on 1st jan 2024.

In reference to order ID 26711 and 26713, the product crossfit smart watch was delivered on 1st jan 2024 at our address on COD.

The product dosen't meet the brand and quality which was shown in the advertisement and it is very low quality product compared...

I ordered 02 Fit-sense smartwatch for my Parents by paying Rs. 5, 000/- to the above company and received a fraud item (02 Wrist Bands), No watch.

I tried to contact them, there is no response.

ORDERED for smart watch fitsense from msn.com site and received some pills photo is attached. The seller whatsApp number [protected] and no response .It only rings. Police should take action.
Request humbly to the Honourable chiefminister Mr. Yogi Aadityanath ji to take action on this kind of cheating cases...
