I ordered crossfit smartwatch from this site and get low quality watch in place of watch shown on website. I raised refund request but get no response from them. Plz return my money

I have also ordered a smart watch through crossfit, 399 pft, prayagraj-212208 and a watch delivered which was not according to my specification. In response to my mail an automated message received by providing a whatsapp number ([protected]) which appears to be a bogus number. Immediate action to be taken again these people befor they cheat many others. I have lodged a police complaint with the commissioner of the police, prayagraj.

Faulty Smartwatch from Crossfit

We have ordered 2 nos Smartwatch from Crossfit wide order ID 26711 and 26713 and was delivered at the shipping address through shiprocket on 1st jan 2024.
In reference to order ID 26711 and 26713, the product crossfit smart watch was delivered on 1st jan 2024 at our address on COD.
The product dosen't meet the brand and quality which was shown in the advertisement and it is very low quality product compared to the cost we have paid.
We have contacted several times on email and their Whatsapp no. for our complaint but there is no resolution.
We have tried several times to lodge complaint on their website but of no use.
You cannot submit the complaint as these guys are making frauds by selling cheapest quality products and just making money.
We request to kindly provide solution on refund of our amount and return of the faulty products

I ordered 02 Fit-sense smartwatch for my Parents by paying Rs. 5, 000/- to the above company and received a fraud item (02 Wrist Bands), No watch.
I tried to contact them, there is no response.
Please do the needful help.

I paid Rs 1, 999 for FitSense smartwatch and received bangles through Shiprocket courier.
Please stop these cheaters.

i have Booked a Fitsense Smart watch of Rs 1999, thru "fitsense.org" site, they sent me proper courier AWB for tracking, and when i received a small packet contains small BAM bottle, kindly block this site immediately, so that we can save more peoples to fraud.
