Ive been charged around 100 rupees for various unwanted services like songs and inbuilt games handset from vicms Vodafoneidea since a couple of days. I want the charges to be reversed as they were totally unwanted. Kindly help....

I was a VI customer but, On 23rd June, 2021 I gave documents for porting to Jio & on 25th June I received message for my new Jio sim that it is ready for televerification. I activated my Jio sim on 27th June 2021. After activating my Number into Jio ideally my previous service provider (VI) should have been shut down the card. Instead the card is still on.
