Vodafoneidea (vi) — Sim porting scam

I was a VI customer but, On 23rd June, 2021 I gave documents for porting to Jio & on 25th June I received message for my new Jio sim that it is ready for televerification. I activated my Jio sim on 27th June 2021. After activating my Number into Jio ideally my previous service provider (VI) should have been shut down the card. Instead the card is still on. I called Jio as well as Vodafoneidea customer care it clearly states that my card is under the Jio as I can receive call/msg in my Jio card. But I can call from VI still. Hence I, called VI cause care but, they are the cheapest customer service I've ever come across. They did not accept the fact that my same number is activated in both the service providers. Due to lack of coordination amongst them they couldn't recall exact status of my number. They say that the number is not ported in any service provider & is still in the bucket of VI. VI after accepting the porting request is not ready to transfer my no. In jio's bucket. I can't break my previous sim too as the number is still in VI bucket. They can give it to someone else. I need a quick resolution on this issue as I'm facing various bank transactions & otp issue. Also stress as Im the one calling these people again & again. I said them I'll lodge a complaint for which I received a rude reply from there local store dealer that u can proceed. I will legally drag VI to the court if this issue is not resolved at earliest. I CAN PROVIDE SCREENSHOTS OF MY NUMBER ACTIVE IN BOTH THE COMPANIES.
