Respected sir/madam,
I have booked car at vroom self drive the date of 27/09/22 till 28/09/22 1pm and I was returned the car at vroom hub station and 2/10/22 invoice was issued in that refund amount 750 will be issued within 10-15 working days but now 14/10/22 if I ask they are saying that I have been damaged the vehicle so you should pay 3500 loss amount and there is no refund amount will paid to you and will regenerate new invoice...
