Respected sir/madam,
I have booked car at vroom self drive the date of 27/09/22 till 28/09/22 1pm and I was returned the car at vroom hub station and 2/10/22 invoice was issued in that refund amount 750 will be issued within 10-15 working days but now 14/10/22 if I ask they are saying that I have been damaged the vehicle so you should pay 3500 loss amount and there is no refund amount will paid to you and will regenerate new invoice and they sended another invoice to me in mail so what you was doing 12working days now they are saying damaged the vehicle while two times I asked in mail they didn't say about damage refund wil be given 10 working days now they changing words please take action
