I had placed an order for a Sofa set worth INR 35700 from Wakefit online shop on 14th Nov 2020. The amount was debited from my account, but according to Wakefit, they have not received the amount.

Accordingly, I check with my bank(standard chartered bank) they had given a temporary reversal of the amount on 23rd Dec 2020 as part of the investigation and on 28th Dec 2020, the amount was again debited...
