As per IVR menu I have provided my account no. For authentication, as prompted by IVR I am providing my date of birth. But the IVR is saying " no inputs received". Please resolve this ASAP. Tsys202508002944 (KMM49576006V33355L0KM) for closed credit card NOC.

Regardless of multiple emails & follow-up calls to customer care to release the NOC for the closed credit card [protected] i have n't received any satisfactory response & customer care is not answering to the query being raised over the release of NOC . As per the SC bank process it takes 04 days to get required NOC.

Online credit card fraud scam and SC bank not helping

The day the card was stolen, we had immediately complaint to your bank and also complaint to cyber crime on next working day ... Please see the attachments.

I am very much sure that i didn't receive any otp, so when i didn't received any otp's there is no question of sharing nor manipulating or using it .

We have been using your bank's credit card since long, till date whatever purchases...

Neft transaction not reflecting in my credit card statement

24th Aug Transferred Rs.25000 twice from my SBI SB Account NO:[protected] with the following UTR number to my Credit card account No: [protected]

SBIN[protected] Rs.25000
SBIN[protected] Rs.25000
only one transaction has been credited to my credit card account. I had raised a complaint about the same with both banks but none of them are resolving the issue.
SBI says they have successfully credited...

Complaint Regarding Uninformed Minimum Balance Charges and Request for Account Closure

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the deduction of ₹1400 from my account due to minimum balance charges. I have held an account with Standard Chartered Bank for the past three years, during which there were no minimum balance requirements, nor was I informed of any such policy change.

I'm complaining about charges on a failed transaction,

Address: D M Towers, 21/1 Race Course Road, 452 001, Indore

I'm using standard chartered credit card, I processed a transaction of 66263 inr transaction though credit app but its failed and refunded by the same day by app, however total amount refunded to bank but still thry charged processing fees including gst which is 785 rs.
I tried to connect standard chartered customer care but each time IVR disconnect my call, I send 2 mails for this but my problem was unsolved, because of this I'm mentally...

Dear Sir

I have received several calls from the Standard Chartered call center for credit cards. I have this morning received a call from +[protected]. I don't have any account or any relation with this bank. I don't know how they got my mobile number. This is despite me putting myself on the DND and DNC list several times. It is a very frustrating experience since its been happening for more than a year and I believe as a consumer I have a right to complain on this matter. Request you to guide me further to consumer courts/other forums so that Standard Chartered can be penalised financially.

    I had delayed my payment by 4 days due to a medical emergency on 07/june/2024. I communicated the same in the email, there was no response on my first request (KMM46332828V34379L0KM). I have asked many times, at least no reply to mail.

    The charge rates are horribly high, i had paid almost 10, 000 rs for that 4 days delayed payment. Pathetic customer service.

    Please do not take a standard chartered credit card. There will be no mercy when you are in a hospital bed. 120% interest is charged and the money is taken from the customer's pocket.

      This is inform you that every month Interest & Other Charges are levied from last 5 months even after making complete payment. Because, they were at fault so they reversed back first two months but last month they charged Rs 4310 as interest even after payment on time. When called their customer care executive, he said it will be reversed so make rest of the payment. Now again this month complete payment had to be done on 10th and around 20% payment got credited in their account on 12th due to weekend so this time they charged Rs 20000 interest which is too huge. I have called them multiple times and emailed as well still they are not ready to reverse instead replying

      " In this regard, we would like to inform you that your previous balance was of INR[protected] and your due date was of 12th March 2024. Moreover, your full payment was not received till the due date."

      So lost is their team that the amount they addressing for that statement is yet to be generated on 20th Mar and due date is yet to arrive so they themselves cant write it correctly for what they have charged interest so giving me any vague answer. I need to complain regarding their poor customer care services and looting their customers by charging anything in the statement and not giving proper response over calls so they are avoiding and forcing me to pay my bill on 12th Mar'24.

      I request you to help me for reversal of interest which is almost Rs 25000 for no valid reason

        I had an account with Standard Chartered Bank while opening the account I supposed to provide one nominee's phone number so I given my father's contact number([protected]). Few years ago I closed my account with Standard Chartered Bank. Now those guys call my father almost every day 3-4 times to take credit card. My father told them that you are calling to a wrong number but still they are calling. I send email to their Head office, Nodal officer and all but I haven't found any solution.

              Hope you are doing well,

              I have a query which i had from last year regarding the EMI of my I phone 7 plus which i purchased last year sep 2022 from your Credit Card. I have been waiting to complete the EMI so that i can double check and ask for an Explanation.

              Now, I have purchased that phone for 16899/- and converted it to EMI for a processing fees of 253.48/-.

              In September 2023 i somehow managed to complete the EMI with a total Payment of 41000.62, i am not making this up i have calculated all the payments that i have done to the credit card with the E-Statements.

              All the statements from Last year september till now are attached with an excel file and a bill of the phone. Kindly cross check with your system and let me know why instead of 19099.89/- i have been charged 41000.62/-.

                I was using standard chartered bank as my salary account but due to their bad customer support I switched my salary account to ICICI.
                Due to some personal health problems, I am unable to visit the standard chartered branch to close my account. So I have been requesting Standard chartered to close my saving account over customer support calls and written emails. I have also communicated that I will complete all forms or procedures electronically. But they are not helping and forcing me to visit branch which i am unable to. They are continuously deducting maintenance charges in the meantime.

                    I have a credit card ending in 8188 named for Yogita rao. I had an emi account and paid all the emi on time every month since 5 years. At times, they charged me late fee and I questioned why they said you did not pay on time. I asked them this why my due date. They change my die dates without prior notification every now n then. Hence, I cannot even setup auto pay on account. This last emi of mine was late due to date confusion only.
                    Upon sending multiple emails n having calls over cx support. They said, the date keeps on changing but, you don't check your statement on email why. I do not have access to email of mine. Nd the sc application does not show anything. Not even details of my emi paid nd not paid amounts properly.
                    I had raised this concern multiple time n the challenges that I face due to poor application n information n not sending sms to me prior. I had even asked not to change my due dates but no luck. I'm done with them.
                    I want to take this matter legally now cuz I can't pay more. I am not at fault. I have paid all the payments n this late fee I can't take it. It hits my credit score. I can't take it.
                    Not adding email that I have sent as I have nit received a single response. I do habe a call recording of todays conversation where she said, you have to pay as the bank changes the dates n charges are valid. I'm not payin n I can't pay. I can't send that recording if required.

                    My credit cards due date is by 30 nov and then I will be charged a late fee again cuz I'm not paying the incorrect fee that has been charged to me after payin all the emi's of mine.
                    My credit score got a hit cuz of incorrect late fee charged last time n it will hit again as I am not paying this fee that has been charged n you will charge me again. I will file a court case if you charge me again. I'm not sayin jus for the sake of sayin. I am serious.

At times, they charged me late fee and I questioned why they said you did not pay on time. I asked them this why my due date. They change my die dates without prior notification every now n then. Hence, I cannot even setup auto pay on account. This last emi of mine was late due to date confusion only.
                      Upon sending multiple emails n having calls over cx support. They said, the date keeps on changing but, you don't check your statement on email why. I do not have access to email of mine. Nd the sc application does not show anything. Not even details of my emi paid nd not paid amounts properly.
                      I had raised this concern multiple time n the challenges that I face due to poor application n information n not sending sms to me prior. I had even asked not to change my due dates but no luck. I'm done with them.
                      I want to take this matter legally now cuz I can't pay more. I am not at fault. I have paid all the payments n this late fee I can't take it. It hits my credit score. I can't take it.
                      Not adding email that I have sent as I have nit received a single response. I do habe a call recording of todays conversation where she said, you have to pay as the bank changes the dates n charges are valid. I'm not payin n I can't pay. I can't send that recording if required.

                      I want to permanently delete my credit card so you cannot charge me for anything else now. Delete it asap before generating new statement. I don't wanna continue with you guys.
