Hi, I have placed a pre-paid (full payment )order of wall painting from Wall Mantra against order id WM8238315. The Team has not even delivered the product and in their website the order status is showing as delivered and fulfilled. I am enquiring again and again and asking for the refund. Its already been a series of follow ups and they have not yet processed the refund.
The Customer Support Executive named Vinu is very rude and arguing...

My name is sarfaraz patel, i perchased a wall shelf from wallmantra.com i recived this product on 6th October after unboxing i realised this it is damaged and finishing of the product is of poor quality. Raised a request and a ticket for refund. Since then I am just getting false promises of that refund will be proceessed. False promises all the time it is been more than 10 working days now it is not been resolved....

Received the product after a 2 week delay. Product is damaged and has scratches all around the frame.

Trying to reach the customer service to initiate a return pick up and refund. So far I have sent 4 emails and spoken to 3 different representatives, no response....

Its been a month they sent two terribly damaged broken products . after constant mailing and calling they gave refund of one product that also took one month. Now they are just reluctant to pay my refund for second product . they are just playing with mails and not answering my calls . i am fed up with them . just not willing to pay ....

My prepaid order WM8105305 is cancelled without any update to me and no response further on the refund.

No response to call and messages or mails. No refund has been done....
