Hi, I have placed a pre-paid (full payment )order of wall painting from Wall Mantra against order id WM8238315. The Team has not even delivered the product and in their website the order status is showing as delivered and fulfilled. I am enquiring again and again and asking for the refund. Its already been a series of follow ups and they have not yet processed the refund.
The Customer Support Executive named Vinu is very rude and arguing on call. Please help me in getting the refund and filing this conplaint against the company and its customer support executive. Was this information helpful? |
