I ordered a chair from WallMantra on 2nd July, 2023 but since the product was defective, I returned it back. But I haven't received the refund despite multiple attempts to reach out to their customer care over calls and emails. I registered a police complaint in cyber crime branch but even the police didn't take any action and closed the complaint in 2 days. the refund amount is 11, 999 and order ID is WM8307254. I have seen thousands of refunds that company has not provided to people and they have done a big fraud with people's money.

It has been more than 5 days that I placed my order. I am unable to log in or view my order details on the website or reach out to their customer service. I have registered a complaint on their email id but no resolution has been provided.

Hello Team, I have purchased goods from this site and made payment of 6929 Rs. Today I was supposed to receive the order but unable to track it from their portal, so I was trying to reach them and got to know about this fraud, as no support nor tracking details I have received.
Also I saw the products from wallmantra in one of the renowned e-comm wesite i.e Nykaa Fashion, so I directly ordered from wallmantra website.
But now I am unable to get any tracking details of the order nor I can find how to cancel my order and get the refund. Please look into this, it seems totally Fraud.

I have placed 2 orders WM8320164 and WM8320165 for 2 no.s of king size bedsheets on the 28th August 2023. I have been sending reminders to the [protected]@wallmantra.com and the WallMantra Business account on Whatsapp regularly. There is neither an update or information on the status of dispatch or any refund. I have a record of mails screen shots of WhatsApp messages and payment transactions. Recently they have disabled my login account and as well receiving my whatsapp messages and contacting the agent.
It is a big online fraud company that dupes many customer by collecting the price towards the product and not fulfilling their orders.
I advice everyone not order any product from this website.

I had ordered from the wallmantra on 6th of September. It is showing fulfilled on the wallmantra site and ‘on hold’ on the delhivery tracking site. I tried reaching out to wallmantra multiple times but no one is picking up. When I called the Delhivery customer care they said the order is ‘on hold’ due to finance embargo. The order is a prepaid order. I need help on getting my order or else refund of my order.

I ordered a lamp from WallMantra website where they asked for an advance payment. I completed the payment on 1st August but till date I haven't received the product. I also tried reaching out to their customer care but there is no one to answer the call.

I had ordered 2 mirrors and once the 1st one was delivered I realised that it is too small so I requested their customer service to cancel the 2nd mirror (it was shipped as yet) and take the 1st one back and process a refund. Been over 30 days now and no action has been taken. Their customer service manager (Vikas Choudhary) guess doesn’t understand a word of English. Didn’t even read my email and has stopped responding totally. Nothing but fraudsters. Never ever deal with them. They have taken the money upfront so now we are at their mercy to refund. WallMantra are scammers. I firmly believe all the testimonials on their website are all lies.

Didn’t even read my email and has stopped responding totally. Nothing but fraudsters. Never ever deal with them.

My orde number is WM8294419. I placed order on May 24 and cancelled the order on 3rdJune since it took more than a week to process the order. Since then i am just receiving false commitments of refund everytime I call them.

I ordered 4 stools from wallmantra. Out of these 1 was delivered to me. But the quality was not up to the mark so I asked them to cancel remaining orders and refund my money. They cancelled the orders and didn't refund the money but provided me a coupon code as credit note through email. Now, when I am trying to use that coupon for some other purchases, it is giving me error saying, "it has reached its limit". There is no way to track if the coupon is still valid or what's the amount left. I reached out to wallmantra through email and WhatsApp but they are not responding. My money is stuck. Please help.

Refund not received

This company wallmantra promised a refund on their ### product. It's been 2 months and I haven't got refund yet despite 16 to and fro emails.
It turns out there are lot of CUSTOMERs who are facing this and I am not the only one.

We had ordered couple of products from official website.
The product delivered was damaged and other one was not fitting our sofa properly.
So we initiated return and refund within a day of delivery.
Also got confirmation for the same after requests for replacement from Wallmantra.

It's been more than 2 weeks now since they said the return will be processed with refund, but the products are still here!
The customer care just for the sake give a reply that the refund process is started. Officially nothing has been done !

Such a pathetic company and customer care! They just call to make sure the order is placed. Then if there are any issues in the order, customer has to beg for the money !
Owners- Jitesh Agarwal and CEO Shivam Agarwal have to just see how other brands work on customer focused part. Not sure how long this company will go on making customers suffer like this. I strongly recommend not to buy anything from here at all.

First there product posting has a wrong description on the website so be careful when they are ordering as they will never return once u have bought the product . i have been writing emails to them for returning the product these guys reply with copy paste template
I have been begging them to either to supply with exact product as described in their website or take it back
My requirement was a long floor lamp that is 84inches in height .but original product is 60 INches . for last 15 days i have been writing emails to them .
Their customer service sucks, phone does not connect, revert is once in 2 days . Becoz of some pathetic brands like them, entire Indian startups get a bad name.
Today i have a got a email saying it will take 14 days for the refund and then also they have not mentioned when will they collect the product . this is just to stretch time to a extent that you will frustrate.
Never ever buy or pay upfront to a startup buying from amazon is such a smooth and seamless

I called Wallmantra regarding purchase of some items on 29th Spe'22. I needed those items on urgent basis. They said it takes 7 days to deliver any item from date of placing the order. I placed my order on 29th Sep itself and total bill amount was 8738 but haven't received items yet except one which is worth rs 999. And that is also very cheap in quality. We can buy that in local market in below 500rs. Among 3 items, one they shipped yesterday. They don't value customers time and money. Their delivery partners are even more worst.
It seems Wallmantra have very slow and unorganized processes in terms of handling the orders. We don't recieve proper updates regarding orders. Also since 8 days thier call center no. Is off so you can not contact them to know the order status. Worst site, worst experience ever.

I had ordered a painting. Paid INR 3200 In cash. Product did not suit my requirement. I scheduled the return pick up.
Painting was retuned 20 days back in proper condition as received.

Have been reaching out to their customer care via phone and emails but they have not refunded the money yet. Till 15 days back they were saying 3-4 days. Took account details but till date no refund. Now they have stopped responding to mails as well.

I had ordered "Luxury Floral Design Ceramic Wall Plates, Wall Hanging Plate" for Rs ₹2, 399.20/- on July 29th. I ordered and waited for weeks, there is no way you can complaint .That customer number is fake. That is used only if you want to purchase anything, not for complaint. so I had no other option then waited. One fine day, I got my ordered and it was not what I had ordered. I sent email. No reply for weeks, again one fine day, I got a mail with ticket number. They informed, they will initiate return pick up. Again after weeks without any schedule, (I was about to leave the city)someone picked it . They asked me to provide my bank details and I was surprised that they could not collect/get my original payment method. I provided details and its been again weeks, I have not got my refund. They just once sent mail that they have refunded. No proof if they have refunded or not. I never got my money back. They are just looting people. while I can see so many complaints they they never got either their money back or they never received product. Please take a strict action against such fraud. And as far as I know they don't have any office location mentioned anywhere. So highly doubt on this websites authenticity and looking at many people looted with same pattern

I want to bring you notice that i ordered (order no WM 8218085) Abstract Vollyball in Black color Wooden Wall clock on 5 th Aug 22 through you website and received the same on 10 August 22. But the next day we notice that the wall clock is not working. We thought that there would be a battery problem, so we installed new batteries.But after running for some time it stopped working again.

Want to return this because of this problem. We called several times customer care, Sometimes it was busy, sometimes it would ring but no one pick up the phone.Talked customer care today. He said that I should mail the issue. But after mailed 17 August 22 till today no replacement

I have ordered a flower vase from wallmantra and it turned out to be disgusting. They have picked the product for return but no refund has been initiated by them from the last 2 weeks. They are really doing fraud with the customers . Each and every time whenever calling the customer support they are saying amount will be credited within 24-48hours but it’s been 2 weeks I have not received any response about my refund from my side. Such a bad website with such fraud people out there.

I have ordered a wall painting and clock from wallmantra, when I got it it turned out to be very poor quality. They are charging 5x Timex the product should be or even more. The quality is not worth the whooping price. When I requested for return and refund of my money they give same fix response that it will be done within 24-48 hours. It's been 10 days since the product has been pinned up and more than a month when I first requested for return. Till now I have not got any refund.
Beware of this fraud company. Don't every buy anything from here

I placed online order in wallmantra.com portal for 3 items in the month of April 2022. Wall mantra delivered one item and two other items are not delivered. All the reminder mails and calls to customer care does not yield any result. They promise to send the products but have not received until now. The company seems fraudulent and customer care is pathetic.

I have placed an online order from wallmantra.com with order number# WM8207909 on 21st June but even after 1 month the order is not delivered. I’ve contacted the customer support via email/phone multiple times but still they’re unable to provide any update. Seems like this is a fraud company.

My order no is WM8201512. Even after 2 months there is no update unless I chase. Now I have lost hope and will be cancelling the order. For selling if their service and response is so poor then in case of refund, it can be a nightmare. Thankfully I have opted for COD but the wait has been very frustrating.

I have ordered a product with order number #WM8209362 on June 28th and even today, there is no sign of delivery or refund of money which was paid on order booking.

I have asked the refund since they haven't fulfilled of 1 day dispatch or delivery even after waiting for 15 days. Nothing is happening.
They don't even care if customer is saying we proceed legally. It clearly shows how careless they are about consumers and the support they get.

I am following up their customer care they always say amount will be refunded in 2 days. but nothing is happening.
Their customer care simply hangs up if we connect to refund option and giving different excuses instead of returning money.

I sent an email requesting for refund for a damaged product. Return was arranged but no refund has been processed. Now, it's been over a month, but no response to my email and also not able to reach their customer care over phone. It seems like they are following this trend when it comes to refund.

Dear FAKE Wallmantra,

I appreciate your fraudulent activities taking place towards my order. I ordered a Wall Mirror from you guys on FEB 5th with the order ID - WM8174180. Its been more than 45 days and I still didn't receive the order. The funniest part is whenever I call your customer care representatives are ready with their scripts Trust me, I have all the call recordings from my end. When I call they say Just now we got an update and your order is dispatched.

When I asked to transfer the call to the available manager on the floor, they drop the calls or promise to give a call back in 30 mins by EOD but I never received a call.

I completely lost trust and faith in your bogus company which I waited till today even after a wait of 45 days. Just cancel my order and refund the amount at the earliest.

Wall Mantra is just a bogus company that does fraudulent activities and I am gonna report this with all the calls I have to the consumer court and social media by just tagging you guys.

I have ordered two wall painting of buddha. I prepaid the cost of both but still for one painting delivery boy take payment and i have not recieved my second painting till now. I complaint for this but they are not looking into the matter. Its almost 2 months over. I want my payment back.
