I am doing all this hassle to login at this platform to save someone from future misery. i used their services to relocate household from delhi to hyderabad. at time of delivery, almost all major items like Microwave, R O, solid sheesham furniture (chester, dinning table, bed corners), wall painting were damaged or completely broke. it’s been almost 6 months now and they haven’t provided the refund as per the insurance we opted for. kindly...

Hi,
I shifted from delhi to pune on 9th june 2017. I insured my household goods. Insurance amount was rs 5, 13, 230. During the transport i got my following goods damaged -
1) refrigerator got damaged and got dent at one side of the door
2) a few crockery items
3) kurl-on mattress got cut at a few places
3) dressing table mirror
These were communicated to the manager mr. Narender...
