Dear Sir...As we have purchased Kurl on ortho mattress 2 no of /6'3''x3'x7'' size on 27/01/2023. we found some dip in the meddle of the mattress which is causing back pain. In such away we felt very much disappointed. We requesting you to exchange the materiel . And for the extra details we have attached pics and invoice for your refference.

Respected sir my name is chakravarthy I have enquired about 1 matress at nujvudu dealer the MRP is 45000 they told they are ready to give it for 28000 with pillow but when I ask the same for near by storel for me at Eluru kurlon they are telling 39000 it's a huge difference in it I asked the same they are telling we can't give it for that rate one of my family purachaeesd there 10 days back I have bill also my number is [protected] mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

I purchased a matress on 7-1-21 from amba mattresses, Chandigarh.

It sagged from both sides after 2 years.

i shared multiple mails with all pics, videos and documents to customer care. but all were of no use.

post this amba mattress shared a number [protected]- Mr alok.

This person is such a lost guy. he is doing fake promises since last 7 months. stating mattress replacement invoice has been generated and will be sending mattress today, tomorrow. but nothing comes out.

i am being harrased by this thing daily.

i purchased kurlon to have a gud sleep. but due to company fault i am suffering from back pain issues now.

pls suggest how company is going to repay the same.

hope i will get a response with some serious actions.

I have bought a mattress (78*65) about a month ago and it has started to sink in the middle

Mattress pressed and got sloped have no cushion effect

Stitching of mattress came out and the mattress was compressed on the top like swelling

My elderly parents bought a kurlon mattress 72*30*05 size coir mattress from mattress zone, ambattur, chennai on 20.4.2023 (Invoice no.1317). The mattress is sinking and making them very uncomfortable to use. We have already raised a complaint regarding this (Complaint id[protected]. We have mailed the same with invoice, mattress pic on customer care email also. But they have replied that the details is not clear and hence...

I am having sleepless nights due to small thin worm type insects hidden in edges of kurl on mattress. They bite n create red tiny wounds on my body when I wake up in morning . In night time too, i itch on my body parts as they suck blood . Pls replace my 2 kurl on mattresses

I had placed an online order for an Everfirm mattress ( 78x36x4) on 9th May, 2023. I was told an update will be send regarding the same. But till date I haven't heard anything. I have called the customer service multiple times but they seem to be very incompetent and have no information about my order whatsoever. They do not know how to deal with customer complaint and keep saying their senior is not available and that they will pass on the information to the senior and somebody will call back. But nobody gets back, I have tagged them on Twitter too but no solution yet. I am worried that my money is lost . Please either deliver my order or refund the money I paid.

I purchased the Kurlon Mattress on 31 May 2022 and after 9-10 months it started shrinking and there are bumps on it. I contacted with your representative Mr. Shukal on 17 April 2023 and sent him photographs and videos of the mattress on WhatsApp and in response he has committed to take an action on it till 2 May 2023 but as on date no action has been taken on this matter. I complaint in the shop also from where I have bought this but they told me to contact your company's helpline number but that number is not reachable. I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful at the earliest. Details of the bill are as follows:

Within 6 Months the mattress got defected and broken length and breadth wise.pics uploaded here.

I bought kurlon Mattress on 02.12.2022 and after 6-7 days it's thread started unraveling. I complaint in the shop from where I bought this but he told me this problem solved by company and give me a company helpline which is not reachable always.

Sir good morning, i purchased Kurl on mattress customized on 16.11.2022 at Himayatnagar. As per advise of dealer, who told best support for back pain, Active 3 zone with customized was purchased on 16.11.2022 with 7 inches. My wife back surgery took place in 2015. I am a sufferer with back pain since 2001. The matter is soft, unable to sleep . Severe back pain getting in usage of this. i complained with in week to dealer. Dealer is not responding . i spoken with customer care on 28.11.2022. But nobody responding.
