Mattress springs poking in multiple areas and videos completely spoiled... Not in good shape.

Logged complaint no proper response yet from a month. I kept on calling the customer services and local executive multiple times but no proper response from them.
Since the complaint launch date not even once i got a status update or follow up call from kerkon... Which is shame on kurlon product support process.

I had paid for 2 mattresses and 2 mattress protectors at the kurl on shop at bandra.. Linking road branch. I was promised delivery last saturday. But till date the mattresses have not been delivered. I had made full payment. I have disposed off the old beds and am put to great inconvenience because of this non delivery. I am in touch with one mr sushant from the store but he is also unable to help. Very very poor consumer service. Appalling. Sujatha chitre....

Sir, i have swap my pnb debit card amounting rs. 14500/- to one kurl on dealers of matress namely the handloom emporium vikas marg delhi 92 (Ph no.[protected], 22543311 email id the-handloom@hotmail.com) on 11.05.2018. On repeated inquiry he did not delivered matress. I personally met with him on 23.05.2018 for refund he told me to do whatever you want to do i will not make a refund. I urge company to black list the dealer and arrange the refund to me....

I was purchased 2 -72*35*6 size mattress.
Date 9.4.2015
Modal - dream sleep
Mattress - spring
But after two months i was feel back pain problem.
Then after i was not use this type mattress.
We are use already kurl on other product but this type problem not face only first time faced.
So plz provides correct action for this matter change your mattress as your suggestion.

I bought a king size ortho coir lcbt matress from home town, established in big bazar, main road, ranchi, on 4/5/18by order no.[protected] and delivered on 11/5/18. But the technician come my house for fitting the bed on 13/5/18. After fitted the bed we saw a cut in mattress. After complain to technician he take photo and convey to showroom regarding this defect. I also call several times about this defect. But till date there is no response from showroom, please pay proper attention and take action from your end. Thankyou...

Kurl-On — product size not as per mentioned size

I bought a mattress from authorised distributor om sai handloom from indirapuram on 18/3/18. Bill no 382. The moment it got delivered i told the vendor that is is smaller than the mentioned size (75*35*4.5) on mattress and it is a mufacturing defect, hence should be replaced. The vendor said he will do the needful tomorrow. From that day i have been chasing distributor and company official sukriti and satish. From last 2 months no resolution has been given. This is really sad that customer are cheated like this with in minutes of buying.

I bought a king size mattress from m/s akash bedding emporium, kolkata on 7th may 2018. After unpacking i observed that a foul smell was coming from the mattress. I also noticed that the mattress was saggy at the edge. I contacted the retailer who showed his inability to do anything in the matter. He suggested to call the toll free number and lodge complaint with customer care dept. I sent a email at customercare@kurlon.com on 8th morning but didn't get any reply as yet. It's really surprising to see this kind of attitude from an iso9001 2008 company. Pl pay attention to my complaint and sort it...

Kurl-On — no active response and order not delivered despite the payment done

I have purchased a mattress from one of their autorised dealers in undri, pune. Since my bed size was not the regular one the dealer asked for a couple of days time. Its now more than 15 days and payment made there is no mattress in sight. No response and the dealer too is red faced as after committing and recommitting the committement is not there....

Your mattress is defect i send you the photos please check it.
[protected] i brought your company product for peaceful sleep as per your advertisement as well as suggested by retailers.
But within 1 ya 2 year it's not comfortable than i was talk with your customers service centre they send the service man he said we will call you back but no reply from your side so many time i called up they every time asked me what is your bill number and all bla bla bla...
I fade up with all redeculas questions from your side even i gave up xerox of bill copy to service...

Kurl - On — mattress less than 1 year old, has started sagging

I bought a kurlon mattress last year 17/5/2017. Its been almost a month since i have been following up with them regarding sagging issue in my mattress. The product comes with 2 years warranty. I have been asking them to look into the matter but there has been absolutely no response from them.

Its really disheartening to see such a brand turn a blind eye towards its consumers once their product is sold and no promises or warranties are covered once the product comes faulty. Its just pathetic service and product from kurlon.

Just not acceptable and need a speedy resolution...

I have registered a complaint 178592 against kurl on mattresses. It's been more than 2 weeks that i am taking regular follow ups from their representatives but everytime i am getting the same response that all their technicians are occupied in some of the audits or trainings and they will reach us within 3-4 days but none of them have reached us yet. I had a word with pawan (One of the representative) on 15 apr and he told me that technician will visit us max by 17apr. When i called on 18 and 19 apr to know the updated status of my complaint, i got the same update...

Kurlon Mattress — within a year broken at various places

I have purchased one 6' mattress (Kurlon) of 78'x72' size on 3 rd june 2017 from bedding emporium, 236, bipin behari ganguli street, kolkata 700 012 but within a year it has broken at various places and pressed downside near the inside edge after 4' from corners. I am trying to make complain at [protected] since last few days but everytime it says '"all lines are busy, please try after sometime" on approaching dealer, he also says you try continuosely you will get connected someday. Have i left with only job that too with no avail.

Kurl-On — angelica spring mattress is very uncomfortable and giving constant back ache

We bought a King size angelica spring mattress about 45 days ago. The issue is that the mattress feels very hard, unlike how spring mattresses feel (we have another angelica queen size mattress and it is different from this one)
We have had constant back pain. We tough we will adjust but it has been 45 days now and the pain is still there. We had bought another curl-on mattress (angelica queen size) that is much less firm and much more comfortable. The company has either sold a defective piece or the dealer is selling Fake spring mattress. whatever the case we would want a replacement.

Kurl-On — no warranty card, no qr code & mrp removed

Hi there,

I bought a mattress. And when i removed the packing i didn't find the warranty card, also mrp is removed, no qr code found and informed the same to the shop owner and he is saying he is not responsible for that. How come your dealers are such rude and cheaters. Is there any possibility to get warranty card?
While selling the product, he tells the price without adding tax to it. And after making payment and when we ask for bill he told that we need to pay extra tax for that. No proper receipts. No stamping etc.,

I purchased a pair of kurlon furnobed mattresses 75x35x4 from SHOBHA, Mandir Marg, near HDFC bank, old kunjpura road, Karnal on 11.01.2017 with 2 years warranty. #Kurlon : How I wish, a company like this would have made good products, recruited some through professional and also managed a good customer service center.
