This is regarding refund of Rs 62000/- to my credit card. I had enrolled my son and realized that he was too young (9yrs) for the program, so after trying out the course for about 4 and half months, we decided to discontinue.
We were fine with both the teacher and planetspark. and we were assured of refund and in writing,
I had raised the cancellation and refund request in December with ticket #128575. But now they are refusing...

We were fine with both the teacher and planetspark. and we were assured of refund,
i had raised the cancellation and refund request in august with ticket #114888. But this has been taking forever...
