This is regarding refund of Rs 65000/- to my credit card. I had enrolled my daughter and realized that she was too young (7yrs) for the program, so after trying out the course for about 2 and half months, we decided to discontinue.
We were fine with both the teacher and planetspark. and we were assured of refund,
i had raised the cancellation and refund request in august with ticket #114888. But this has been taking forever and we found the institution not very responsive. Hence raising this under this forum for a remedy.
Please look into this and reach out to us with a resolution. We totally paid 75000/ and post deductions are expecting 65000/- refund,
