In sweet corn & popcorn counters they don't provide us tickets, only if we strictly insist then only its provided.
Management should take a note of this, such unfaithful employees should be kicked out, who are bringing bad reputation to the company.

Worst experience ever, was interested for Wonderla because of 'ReCoil' ride only with my 4 frnd... When we get in with all excitement it has been closed.I was like exhausted and asked about the closed ride, why it has been closed and why they didn't mention in website ... When I see in website they mention like recoil is not working till 28march but we entered 30th March.. They r showing a screenshot with extended date which was not mentioned when I book the tickets on 27march...

Shame on wonderla... I need a recoil ride this time I won't charge anything to Wonderla... Its their mistake.. They should charge for us...

Worst experience no doctors in case of emergency no first aid no precautionary measures while playing! A big amusement park no proper facilities, no proper care taken by the management lots of negligence! My brother got fractured and lost damaged his permanent two teeths! During the water ride dunno what went wrong but poor management careless interaction no respond from the people there by saying it's all common nd neglecting the incident

I have bought a CD which is for the photo taken for the ride "Recoil", dated on July 16th, 2017.I have purchased two CD's for two photos, each worth Rs.100.Once i have loaded the CD, it only consits of three corporate videos of wonderla theme parks in India.I am filled with anger of the memory that could have been cherised, which has now gone to the drain.The employee in the counter has been irresponsible in his service of simply burning a CD.I now wish to know, whether i can obtain the my pictures dated on(7/16/2017) or would i get a refund.

We bought one cd for the photo taken in "recoil" on yesterday (01.11.2016). We paid rs100 for the cd. But when i opened the cd now, there is no photo inside it. Only 3 normal wonderla videos are there. This is such carelessness of the guy who was copying the photo in the cd. He did not give us anytime to check the cd there as well. So i want either my 100rs to be refunded or my photo should be sent to me. Let me know if it is possible.

Visited Wonderla a month back with my family and parked my car in the parking lot. I could see a red scorpio car parked next to my car when I was going inside the theme park. I saw a scratch on my car when I came back and the car parked next to mine had left by the time. After arguments with wonderla security initially their language was that was not happened there. When a security told he saw a red car parked, a security head came over and stopped him from talking. Security head who is a mallu guy came and told me I'm not the first guy to visit Wonderla and that is not a place to argue. All the fun I had in Wonderla had gone with this incident. If these kinda incidents happen often Wonderla will soon be empty. The only reason that attracts people towards wonderla is lack of another good theme park in Bangalore.
