These people are threathing me asking for money

First i had not signed without signing the company threat to me through whatsapp later forced me to sign. The site asked me to sign for registration after registration i started the work the site was not working with given password and I'd, so i mailed them to cancel the resistration as I didn't know how to proceed so i cancelled . Later they are mailing me to pay money on gpay, or for court with penalty.

I singned in with Worktrut.in of work from home..abput my salary is 15, 000 portal charges is 6000+GST18%..my duration is 5 days for 500 resumes but i met with and accident and after two days i recieved mail about breach of contract or not completing work so i have to pay portal charges and after i will recieve NOC after paying my charges again they said that if i want to quite i have to pay 10000 for cancelation im refused to it..now they called me and said i will recieve a leagal notice. I dont know what to do.for my 15000 salary i have to pay 50000+ amount i dont know wheter im giving the job or im doing the job..i was harrased by it and also told that if it went serios i will do suicide..for that they are like ok come and talk woth in front of a court

This company first made me sign an online agreement with them which was so long and then wants me to fill 500resumes in 5 days which i was unable to fill because it’s festival season and i was busy now after 7 days they are messaging me that a court case has been filled against you and you have to come with your parents to maharasta court and pay₹80000 as company compensation else if you don’t want to pay this you have to pay ₹7080 as processing charges and other charges if i didn’t pay this in 1 day the case will be registered

This was a work from home oppurtunity. I wanted to work so i did. They gave me some work and i did it. But later i wasnt able to finish the work. Now they are threatening me to pay 7080 rs. Or else they will take legal action and i have to pay around 80000rs to the maharashtra court.
When i said i will not pay the 7080 rs they called me up and started talking to me referring me as baby and all. Now today i received a message that they are taking legal action and i have to go to maharashtra court with my lawer. The messages are also with full of spelling mistakes.

Iam a student and wanted to work from home so I accepted to work for worktrust company and they gave me task to fill 500 resumes in 5 days and 100 resumes should be filled in 1 days otherwise the portal wil be locked .and this they said after my 2nd days of work. Its hard to fill 100 resumes in 1 day for a college going student. So I canceled my work so now they r threatening me to pay 7080 rs or else they will take court action . I had completed 10 resumes and I didn't get paid but now they r threatening me please kindly help me .

They are asked to complete work within 5 days.If we can't we have to pay portal charges.I sent a mail before activating my account that I am not interested.But they are asking money.

They send me resume work to complete 500resumes in 5 days and told me to write my name in an agreement..I stated to do that work but I couldn’t complete even 5resumes because of I’m a chronic patient with migraine..I told them that I can’t work more and they suddenly cancelled the work..till then they are forcing me to pay 7080 rupees and they are saying that if I don’t pay I have to pay 85000 rupees..I don’t know what to do Please help me

The company asks out for 500 form filling in 5 days and later asks the payment giving reason of not being 90%accuracy and threatens with fake legal notices and mails

We are searching for a job to work from home at that time they contact us and they said they providing online resume filling job and we accept the offer and they said to fill 500 forms in 5 days and I started working at that time I m in critical situation so I unable to continue the job so I said that I have to quite from it and then now they said OK now they are asking us to pay 7080 amount to quite the work or else we have to face legal...what is this process if i ask anything they are saying that I have signed agreement and need to pay the amount and after seeing reviews it was bad and everyone complained that even if they have done the work as given they were not paying telling everyone that they have done all the resumes mistakes. How could the everyone working with them are educated and how 1 or 2 people out of 5 make mistakes ok but they are telling everyone that they have made resumes wrong even after completing the task they provided. They will already give resumes we should just see the details that are in the resume an fill them. How could people see and make mistakes what's in the resumes we are filling those only how could everyone make mistake. They are threatening that I will get legal notice i informed them that my aunty is dead and I'm in that death ceremony and in a very bad situation and my mental health is not good as it was suicidal death of my aunty and also informed them inwas unable to do the work due these words conditions but they only telling wait you will get legal notice if you don't pay the amount now. How is it possible. I told him that I don't even have 1 rupee with me in really facing so much now please don't talk about legal notice because really facing very bad financial crises and also I don't have anyone who can give me money to pay them as I already everyone helped me due to my lot of financial issues and i even don't have money to pay them back so I told them I'm really facing very bad and crucial financial issues all i can do is complete your resume work as many as possible and i would quit as I can't further work due to my financial crises and my mental health is very bad and have suicidal thoughts and all i can do is i will fill as many as resumes possible as im not in condition to work due to my mental health and family issues personally but after explaining these they only tell that we can't do anything ask anyone and pay or you will get legal notice and telling i have signed the agreement. Informed him before when they gave me link and told to sign the agreement i could not see anything after logging in it is only showing blank page after opening the link and logging in how could I sign as I could not see anything then he told that please sign signature below so I'm that blank page only i have digitally signed the agreement and started work but due to sudden aunty death i was unable to do the work and the agreement is blank how could I read their terms and conditions. I thought may be it would be blank page to logging in and i signed the contract how could I know that they are scamming with blank page signature and after that they are blackmailing that I have signed the agreement. What should I do now as I am already facing depression due to mental health and everything going in my life and my bad financial crises and these people are telling me to pay the money. I don't even have a single rupee even to buy food also as I am Married and we both lost our jobs and i don't have job from past 6 months i survived through my husband as his family also has financial issue due to loss of business and my husband should also help them pay their dues and for their parents food and rent and had lot of burdens and responsibilities alone and others also helped me till now and my husband also lost job from past 3 months and however we are surving till now with the help of my parents somehow and in the process of searching job i got call from this number and suddenly my aunty passed away and my mental health condition was not good due to loss of our both jobs and many financial crises and responsibilities in these conditions i was unable to do the task they gave me and finally they are blackmailing to pay the money or legal notice would be sent please help me what do now. I should reverse case those people for giving me stress and only blackmailing me to pay money or legal notice would be sent and even after explaining these conditions one person called me and spoke with me regarding to pay money or legal notice will be sent to you that too with a harsh voice and i should also case them for signing me the agreement in blank page and after signature in return they are blackmailing that I have signed the agreement but i told him i can't see anything in that page only blank page with signature he told me no problem mam you can see the signature column in page you can login and sign there and start work o thought was logging process and done signature if there was any conditions in that agreement paper i would never signed that sli should return also case them for making me sign in blank page and then after that they are telling it is agreement. Pleas help me what can i do I'm in very stress now..

I asked the details of the job they send it to me in WhatsApp...I send the contact but I didnt sign the contract the told to pay me a penalty fees

First they told to sign a form, which 20 pages long with full of grammer mistakes. Then if you want to cancel they will tell to pay 7080/- which are called "service portal charges". They then tell to pay these fees or else they will go to court and file a compliant. Pay 80000/- company losses or pay portal charges of 7080/- . Please dont fall for this. Dont message them or sign any document.

Now they are saying that I didn’t acquire 90% accuracy so I need to pay them 7080₹. Else they will file a case against me and in the court I need to pay 80000₹
