Laptop LCD Screen

I have a similar complaint like below

I was placed an online order (Order No. 68279) for Lenovo Yoga C930 13IKB LCD screen on XParts.in - dated 02 Sept 2023 worth Rs 14800/- .
On 01 Oct 2023, after one month of continueous followups, the shipment delivered to me against by Xpressbees courier services.
When opened the shipment, the LCD screen found broken and also the ink spots / human signatures have occurred at many places.
There are surely two possibilities -
1. Either xparts.in (TECHYUGA) sent broken LCD screen intentionally OR
2. The packaging used for fragile LCD screen was weak without box wrapped in only bubble paper ( I have all evidences of the packages used)
Then from that day, I have been communicating with xparts.in through email as they don't provide phone for after sales service, they started asking me to send unboxing video (this is now a days new trick to fool the customers).
I requested them to check internally within their systems what happened exactly, and then they said they have send original product only and I am lying to them, I have asked them to share the evidence from which OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer ) they purchase this screen before shipping it to me, They said they are not bound to provide any information and ask me to seek legal action.
The order was placed on 02nd Sept 2023 since then this is really making harassment for me. Unfortunately, still the issue not resolved.
Request you to make a justice for me.
I have every evidences with me with email and Whatsapp communication.

Sir mene xparts.in site se date 01/06/23 ko realme x2 mobile ki display order ki jo mujhe 06/06/23 ko delivered huyi company ke according ye ek oled display screen he but sir ye TFT screen thi jisme fingerprint sensor work nahi karta. Sir mene kafi try ki contact karne ki har baar sir 24 hours ka naam leke mujhe bewakuf banate rahe aur sir jyada time to call hi nahi attend karte he sir mene whatsapp par bhi inse sampark kiya waha bhi sir unhonne mana kar diya ki ham return nahi lenge sir aap meri help kijiye refund dilwane me jiski cost 2699 rupye he order number 51206 he

Xparts.in (TECHYUGA) sent broken laptop LCD screen

I was placed an online order (Order No. 28683) for Dell Latitude 5480 LCD screen on XParts.in - dated 4th February 2023 worth Rs 3200/- .
On 12 Feb 2023, evening at 6.13PM the shipment delivered to me against by Xpressbees courier services.
When opened the shipment, the LCD screen found broken and also the ink spots have occurred at many places.
There are surely two possibilities -
1. Either xparts.in (TECHYUGA) sent broken LCD screen intentionally OR
2. The packaging used for fragile LCD screen was weak corrugated box instead of strong box (usually recommended for shipping LCD screens) wrapped in bubble paper ( I have all evidences of the packages used)
Then from 12th Feb 2023, I have been communicating with xparts.in first they assured to send replacement, then they made a trick taken the damaged part returned from me as soon as it received by them, they started asking me to send disassembly video (this is now a days new trick to fool the customers).
I requested them to refund the amount ant then they replied on mail like - "Do understand we give ZERO attention to your threats, we only did what we should do as a company or a service provider; and would do the same for any other customer facing any issue with our services"
The order was placed on 4th Feb 2023 since then this is really making harassment for me. Unfortunately, still the issue not resolved.
