I am writing to make a complaint against Ypay apps regarding a transaction made on my account. I made a payment of 99 Rupees for a Ypay card with the transaction ID[protected], but I have not received the card. My registered mobile number is 834...53.

Sir, my registered mob no in ypay wallet :[protected], i am adding rs 3886 in my dhani wallet through my ypay virtual debit card but money load got failed in dhani merchant and unfortunately my amount of rs 3886 has got debited from my ypay wallet account so it is my request u to please initiate my refund process as soon as possible or please reflect my amount in my dhani wallet.
