Ordered a dress but got a degraded fabric!

I ordered a floral embroidered peach coloured suit from their website ( https://floralapper.shop/[protected]/orders/4b225b91ae2e841bd53a9441b9ed1d67 ) for Rs. 890/- but got a printed fabric of yellow and pink colour. There website is a scam!
Please help me get my money back!

These scammers make different websites and sell fake products.
First Website : zoganta.shop inactive now
New website: floralapper.shop
They are making shopify Website and ekart is involved as we cannot see sender details on the package....

I ordered two salwar suits from Zoganta Store - Fuze Clothing -https://www.fuzeclothing.shop/. Both together costed 1796 rs. Finally got a product which is totally mismatched and not even Salwar. Two very poor quality cut pieces were received. There is no option for refund or return. The mail id given in the refund policy is not working.

Order Rs838 dress material and got cheap material saree which is worth of Rs150. Return policy is also worst i mailed them for returning product and they didn't respond

I place this order on Friday (10 june) and today(13 june) I received this order but I order the blue suit and I got the red torn saree.
Take this order back and refund my money asap.
Now It's been 2 days since I received this defective product. Return the product as soon as possible. and return my money back.
I think this company is just a scam, to make the people foolish. I am sending the complain, check it and give your feedback.
I have attached some picture of my order and what I received.

My name meena Bhardwaj we have purchase Designer Branded Red Stitched Salwar suit set with Dupatta suit and received parcel on 1st June 2022 but we have received old saree instead of suite. i am sending the mail to return my order https://zoganta.shop/pages/contact ma but not received any response after i am search customer care no. in google then we have found this no. Zoganta+[protected], first time i will call him they reply and we have send the received parcel photo after that we are calling continues but not received any response . i am requested to all plz take the action

First time I have ordered readymade suit from zogan site but before payment I'll check little bit my parcel with the support of delivery boy n fortunately my money is safe .
So it's my personal experience if you purchase anything from online site first time so plz you must choose COD option n before payment you try to check your parcel first after that you can pay.its a safest way to save your money from the cheating site .
