Concern : Sir I had taken the subscription on 9th of July. And my tab reached on 21st July. As I was willing to cancel it before only but my councellor suggested to hold back till the product arrives. Actually my daughter is not finding any interest in online classes and the major issue is of finance that I will be facing. I had e mailed to the cancellation team as we call the cancellation team on 21st July itself and seVeral time after that. Every time I call they tell me the call will be arranged by senior . But had received no calls yet. I will be obliged if you throw light on how to resolve the issue. And iNitiate my refund as well as cancel my mandate too.Regards
