[Resolved]  Byju's Learing App — Cancellation of live class & refund the deducted amount.

Dear Sir,

with reference to the subject cited above, I am to inform that my children viz (1) Mr. Marjinglen Achom and (2) Miss Hirikhonbi Achom were enrolled for Byju's Live classes fro 9, 10 and 7, 8, 9 respectively. A sum of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) was paid in cash vide Receipt No. TNL[protected] dated 27.08.2022 (copy enclosed) towards Down Payment Amount (applicable for loans) through BYJU's Employee ID : TNL[protected]Employee Name : Aakash Saha). Total Course Fee of Rs. 50, 000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) is to be paid. As per Loan Financing, a sum of Rs. 45, 000/- (Rupes forty five thousand only) is to be paid in 12 (twelve) instalment @ Rs. 3750/- per month as EMI from S.B.I. A/C No. [protected].

We are sorry to inform you that our children are not in a position to attend the Live Classes due to clashes with Home Tuition Schedules and other reading works. So, they have to withdraw from the Live Classes permanently.

In view of the above facts, I am to request you to kindly allow our children to withdraw permanently from Live Classes. Accordingly, a sum of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) paid towards Down Payment amount and 2 (tow) months EMI deducted may kindly be refunded as well as proposed EMI of Rs. 3750/- per month may not be recovered from my SBI A/c No. [protected].
I had already requested to cancel the live class at [protected]@byjus.com and telephonice conversation before 15 days but no resolution still yet.
However, the Byju's team inform us that the matter is processing & wait 72 hours/24 hours and many more for calling from the Byju's side but any call has not received except Byju's loan section team. In the meantime the loan section personally call for repayment of loan and deducted the said EMI amount.
Therefore you are requested to take a necessary action to the Byju's Learning app regarding the mention above matter.
